The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff made sure the stay was trouble free. I would book again.

This property advertise they are a non-smoking community when in reality and underneath people smoke at this facility alot. I was moved from room to room ar least 5 times to get away from the secondhand smoke. Excessive smoking!

Great service and love the hotel rooms especially the bed so comfortable

I had a 2 queen bedroom booked through Expedia. However, when I arrived I was informed that they only had King bedroom available. Mind you I had this reservation months in advance coming from SC for my sister’s graduation. Not to mention I was traveling with kids. So of course hearing only a king bed was available was alarming considering I been had the reservation. However, I was offered a roll away bed. Don’t get me wrong the woman at the front desk was very apologetic and helpful with accommodating us. My advice would be check to make sure your reservation is actually what you want. Also hopefully by now the hallway air is fixed but the hallway’s felt like you were outside. Air did work in the lobby and room. Overall I would stay again. Definitely in a good location and quiet.

The breakfast menu should change up. Every morning we had to eat the same thing. A vegetarian or turkey bacon should be included, instead of pork bacon every morning. Or a cook cereal would be nice also. The hotel is in a very good location.

The room was clean, comfortable and roomy. The food and service at breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.

The only problem was the fridge taking forever to chill. Everything else was A-1. You could even bounce a coin on the bed

Parking clean room and friendly staff

Can't complain about staff as everything needed to be done was on my phone app. Parking was ample and free which is a plus. Very very close to shopping which was good. Close to highways but did not hear any noise so no issues there. The original booking had us at a room right near the elevators which I thought was not cool considering there were many other options. Definitely try to upgrade if you are ding-averse. Room was a bit dated and lav was small. Spackle on wall so I assume they are doing some sort of upgrades. Breakfast was basic and egg dishes were sub-par. They need a healthy cereal option too. Coffee was good though. Two of 3 elevators not in service but really was not too impactful as the one elevator was pretty quick. Overall, a solid 3 star hotel.

So i encountered a problem with an unruley group waking me up. The Hilton staff basically did not care. This is a transit hotel. The Embassy Suites nearby is a MUCH better experience, but it was full. This was the worst Hilton stay in my life, compounded by the fact they would not give any compensation for the broken AC, the riot in the 4th floor, the drilling the next morning because "you booked thru Expedia"
