Rooms very clean

When I checked in, the room was not the norm. I made a call and immediately was relocated. The staff here is superb.

I check in here.. every 2 months.. home away from home. I do not even search for another hotel. It meets my needs.

At first, they sent us second floor and did not like the room because of smell as pet so they moved us to fourth floor.. It was much better. Breakfast was good... Easy Parking

Squeaky bed. Bad smells in the hallways every morning. Sheets didn’t appear to be changed. Unimpressive breakfast. Water in both our rooms became two on two occasions and was only restored after complaining. Pool was ok.

Their breakfast staff is quite tough. Wish they had better hours for the weekends. Pool is open only for 5 hours a day

Not a fan of the virtual assistant would prefer a person, as I found the virtual assistant rude and was not wanting to be helpful

1. The Air conditioner was too noisy as if it’s not serviced from a long time. The noise was soo loud that it was difficult to sleep the entire night. 2. The next morning there was no hot water. we had no option but to use chilling cold water for the shower as well.
