Room was clean

The room was dark and quiet. AC worked good. But no microwave. There were really large holes in the parking lot and no shuttle to transport us to the metro.

Very clean super friendly staff - bar and grill very good. The bed and sleep were amazing minus the alarm clock that was set prior to us as a 530 am wake up call, thankfully we planned on early departure! Decent menu after long day on the road need a quick dinner and cocktail. Would definitely come back.

Elevator was.broke, Ice machine were not easy assemble.No continental breakfast. No shuttle service. . Bathroom needs Updating.

I had no issues

Everything was nice but the room and elevator was a little dated. I did not appreciate the fact that we were charged to park our car at the hotel.

Our stay was mediocre. I was overcharged for my room, in the which I’m not happy about and at checkout the desk clerk was not professional.

We didn’t spend a whole lot of time at the hotel but the room was very clean and the beds were pretty comfortable

The Courtyard in springfield,Virginia has issues. They advertise they are a non smoking community but they lied they're not. People excessively smoke inside the hotel and is nothing being done about it. I have seen the Police escorting people from the hotel and someone pulled the fire and we had to stand outside for over an hour.

This was a nightmare. The pool was so filthy you couldn’t see your feet. The air conditioning throughout the hotel was not working the entire time we were there. They don’t have proper luggage carts. A member of housekeeping barged into our room unannounced around midnight with a barking dog, clearly unaware the room was occupied. If I could get my money back, I would. They offered points..

Clean Room

Stayed here for 2 nights. Hallways were ridiculously warm for June. Stayed in a one king bed room with view of courtyard. Room was ok, sofa not really comfortable and part of the bathroom door handle was broken. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel is located near many great things to do or eat.

Bad experience and would never recommend this location to anyone.

The room we stayed had a water running noise . Not so pleasant

Sadly, we had an “accessible bathtub” room and the only thing accessible was the door. There was the same grab bar but that was the same as the normal room. Doors were heavy and hard to open. And the tub was too high. I should have booked the “roll in shower”. Better descriptions are needed for accessibility.

The staff was nice but they did NOT inform me of the price of parking — that was a surprise I received when I looked at the bill. The room smelled like pure cigarettes so we asked to be moved. We got moved to a much better room but the sheets had a faint smell of cigarettes which probably means the sheets were washed with the other ones that absolutely wreaked! The best thing about the property is the gym. It’s well equipped. However, we will not return here for any reason.

Our entire hallway and room smelled heavily of cigarettes the entire stay. It made us feel sick. It wasn’t the cleanest room, especially the bathroom. The deadbolt on our door was also broken, which felt unsafe. While some places were clean like the lobby, it wasn’t nice to stay in beyond that.
