Best Western Atlanta Cumberland/Galleria Hotel

Breakfast was awesome Beds could have been better and pillows both were too flat in my opinion Need new ones or replace with more firm mattress for sure

Only issue was the water, cold was hot and hot was the cold and also my room didn’t have a microwave. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel didn’t really look like the pictures. The floor was wet as if there was a leak somewhere. The toilet barely flushed and there was a cigarette/marijuana smell. The cleanliness wasn’t up to par. Overall, the staff was very nice, but they should clean up a little better and crack down on the smoking.

I would definitely return. Location was great as well!

We had bad experience.First the AC don’t work the telephone don’t work the staff don’t know the answer when I ask when the ac going to fix.cockroaches in the bath room.It was not looks like the clean.The furniture was old and broken.The carpet was nasty and dirty.Its horrible to staying in here.Never ever going to reference the best western hotel at all.I though the frenchies was taking care of that name but no standers.

Room was hot, stuffy and dirty. Even running the air conditioner all night it stayed warm. Fridge had a broken shelf, usb charger was broken and chair was stained and dirty, even a lampshade had stains. Room smelt like body odor. Was glad to check out in the morning, tried some of the breakfast, but it was near inedible. Staff was OK but when confronted with concerns they simply noted them.

The room had roaches inside the drawers. After calling twice, I felt like the staff really didn't care about my concerns.

Clean and quite motel. They advertised a pool, got there and pool was closed with sign that said until further notice. Breakfast was good for a motel breakfast.

Staff were great. Regular breakfast with waffle maker, omelette and sausage and hasbrowns. Nice and clean lobby. Room was clean and quiet.

Check in went smooth; got to room and 2 nice comfortable beds- loved the shades and blinds. In lobby they offered water with lime, refreshing: had an excellent breakfast- coffee wasn’t good, to strong, brought my own pot, coffee and we were set. Location excellent for us. We stayed with them May 31 and again on June 7, and we requested same room and they gave it to us: we’ll be back next time we are traveling through Smyrna.

Nothing very disappointing The pool wasn't working. I have kids and when I book an Hotel we are looking g to get in the pool. I was there for a baseball tournament. The laundry room wasn't working g so that means I have to go found a laundromat to wash my son uniforms. It was very disappointing. We checked out early. Need to inform ppl that the poop and etc isn't working.

The hotel is comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly, and there was plenty parking space. At a high level, cleanliness is good but it could be improved. For a one night stay, it's a great selection.
