La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Atlanta Ballpark/Galleria

Room/hotel was clean, free breakfast even though the breakfast isnt much. Limited options but still free with your stay. Hotel is clean, its just not a newer hotel so I think people's expectations are different when staying. Could use a few updates but for an older hotel it is clean and I can appreciate that. Some older hotels have bugs and barely keep the premises clean. For the price, its a great stay and most importantly, they dont have bugs!

Room was not clean and smelled horrible. Property is very outdated. General manager was not helpful at all.

Clean sheets, a clean toilet, warm water and close to ballpark. Those are the only pros about this property! Price was decent but love is in the details and you can tell they don’t care about this property. Walls were dirty and pealing (in and out of the room) carpet was gross, bathroom was dirty, dirty food fingers smeared on the light switches, furniture was falling apart, furniture looked like they had been wiped down with a dirty rag. Overall would not stay here again. The hotel can be old but that doesn’t mean it has to be dirty. Probably the most disgusting LaQuinta we’ve ever stayed in.

Staff was really friendly and helpful rooms was nice and clean. Just wanna say thank you for the lady that cleaned our room the room was beautiful, comfy quiet looking to stay there again on our next journey

It’s always an amazing day as stay about every other weekend to go to the Braves game. Everything is great there great staff the lady has an Uber van that takes you places Swedish. Can Be leave her a good tip.

The hotel staff was great. The hotel was run down. The owners need to invest in their property.

La Quinta remains the most reasonable option when traveling with pets. This location is excellent. The room is large and the built in wall to wall bench is useful for luggage. The TV is old and relatively small and supports no streaming apps. The comforter on the king size bed was full size, leaving the two of us to struggle to keep warm. I am always suprised by the short toilets, making me think I am in kindergarten. No shampoo in room. The property needs attention. The front automatic door does not work. Most of the secondary exterior exits were unsecured and anyone could walk in without a room key card. The parking lot by our room was strewn with trash.

The guy that checked us in was very nice but unhelpful. The bathtub had a bad leak that is probably gonna cause some serious damage. The website was inaccurate in multiple ways. There were no pillows for the sofa even when I asked for more we could not get anymore. The bathroom was not clean and smelled of mildew. Room 422

My room was easy to get to. Online check in was convenient and staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was big. housekeeping was loud in the mornings with vacuums banging the doors (or cleaning carts). We traveled with our small dog and were put in a pet friendly room. Because of the carpeting in the room the room smelled strongly of pet urine when the air conditioner was off. Also, there was a strong smell of weed permeating the hallways.

Good visit, clean room, great parking and next door to a Panera, but, I wont return for a couple reasons. Evening shift front desk gentleman was outstanding, helped with AC issue and was great. Other than that, customer service skills were lacking. Breakfast was not good. Good clean bed and room, great price, beyond that....

Good breakfast. Room was unclean. Bathroom was bad, had no ventilation. The door has gap, dont close properly. Weird rule for no cleaning/room service for first 3 days. Damp carpet. Lumpy bed.
