I love the way the rooms are set up with separate sleeping and I love the location I stay here quite often but I'm noticing a bug problem (roaches). I've reported it the last 3 times I've stayed...sorry to say I might not continue to book here.

Location Carpet and furniture stained , smelled like smoke in non smoking room. Listed as breakfast available and it was just a packaged muffin, but picture in description showed area and seating for breakfast, employee stated “oh that was before covid” - how many years ago was that!!

Location was great There was a very strong muggy and smoke smell (our rooms were non smoking) ac units didn’t have covers on them.

Great staff, older property but a really good value. Enjoy the raccoons outside by the river in the evening, they will beg for food. Super cute! Nothing

This place is a gem in disguise. I am so glad we stayed here. Seeing the wildlife (wild raccoons, and the birds made my grandkids vacation. The rooms were quite and they are updating it to make it even better. Great place to stay

The breakfast is fruit, juice and coffee , and muffins that's it. The traffic is horrible but the location was near restaurant and gas stations and close to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. The room was not ready and the lien is old and metal under the bead. The shower had black model on the ceiling,and you need a different shower curtain that just soaks the floor , the toilet paper is cheap so that's nasty, you have to go down stairs for ice and the small fridge took forever to cool a drink. The room closest to the river side remote had to no back to it so you have to hold the batteries in to cut the TV off and on.

Great hotel for the price. The only complaints I had was the toilet/shower room was small. The door open was literally up against the tub. The ice machine didn't have ice half the time. But the room was clean. The pool was clean. There was some wildlife out back. The balcony with the view of the river was so peaceful. The front desk people were AMAZING. Seriously the place was GREAT. Close to alot of stuff.
