Staff were nice and accommodating. Room was clean. Breakfast was really good for a “hotel” breakfast. Pools were nice. It’s a beautiful hotel. Another thing I’ve been noticing about hotels in the last year or so is that there is NO exhaust fan in the bathrooms. Can we fix that? Small rooms are not pleasant when there’s no way to get rid of bad smells. Just sayin’. Hope this helps! - Barb D.

It has a certain charm and ambiance about it. Also, the breakfast is good and adds to the value of the experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone. Its not the cheapest, but its one of the best for the money.

We were passing through on a road trip and stopped here due to its location. Our group had 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We’ve been to the area many times but this was the first time staying here. While we asked more than once and they said our rooms were side by side, they weren’t but were close enough. The place was clean and each room had plenty of space to be comfortable. The staff was pleasant and warm and the breakfast was hot with many choices. Since our time was short we weren’t able to use all the amenities available. We would without a doubt stay here again and likely tended the stay by a day to enjoy the area more since we love it so much.

Dirty, old, and not what the pictures posted by the Expedia represent by any means. We checked in and immediately asked to be moved to a different room. The deluxe suit is right by a noisy road, and severely outdated. The second room was even worse with numerous stains, hairs, and trash left behind including a prescription pack with left over white residue of who knows what. I booked based off of the Excellent rating given by Expedia reviewers, however now I feel as if the true reviews have been buried. We didn’t even stay 20 minutes before we found another hotel. It is by the Grace of God my family is able to do such a thing after traveling 6 hours for our vacation. I would hate for someone else less financially able to be stuck at this hotel so I am posting this review.

Would stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything you need. I left my shoes at the indoor pool for over 12 hours and no one messed with them. They have a very clean and nice 24 hour indoor pool and outdoor pool opened til 10pm. The hotel was very quiet and calm. They have a breakfast bar every morning. Food was great.

On one hand it was apparent that the room hadn’t been used in some time given the layer of dust on the nightstand clock and other surfaces, but then when you touch the carpet or sofa with bare skin neither were 100% dry which made the smell make sense. The staff weren’t helpful at all and didn’t seem like they enjoy their jobs. Breakfast was surprisingly decent.

I really loved the location. Close enough to everything and far enough away from the noise and traffic! The hotel could be refreshed but it is still very nice. Beds are comfortable and water pressure is good! Breakfast had different options each day along with the same things. That was a very nice way to start our day! All of the staff were so polite when meeting them in the hallway or pool area. The kids really loved the pool being open late into the night! Overall we had a wonderful time! I'll be back at some point in the future to explore the area again! Thank you all so much for your excellent service during our trip! There's no complaints from me! A fresh coat of paint on the exterior would have a huge impact!

Loved the pool options and breakfast was so delicious with many options. Wish the pools were warmer (but I know that you can’t control)and hot tub was super hot until the last day but still felt great.
