Four Points by Sheraton Chicago O'Hare Airport

We booked this hotel specifically because there was a pool. We were happy to see the pool was open until 11pm. We got in around 10:20ish pm rushed to get our swim attire on and got downstairs around 10:37. We found out from the front desk even though the pool is open until 11pm entrance to the pool was only until 10:30pm. The pool was the only reason we didn't chose another option. We were very upset by this. The staff gave us no time or attention over this.

The location was good, the lobby was clean, the staff was friendly. The room 326 wasn't the greatest. The bathroom was nasty it needed a good deep clean the toilet appeared unusually small and ran most of the time. The smoke detector needed a new battery and when Eugene came to replace the battery his demeanor wasn't pleasant. Everything outdated. Mattress was yellow and sheets were stained. Walls are thin. Very unhappy due to the price I paid.

Our hotel smelled old. Either the rugs, room or something…. It was uncomfortable. The staff was so nice, but the hotel co conditions was poor

It’s beginning to show its age and there were hairs in the bathroom.

There was no refrigerator in the room and the ice machine on the 4th floor didn't work

Very grateful with hotel staff my husband forgot his work computer at the hotel and the staff help us found it. Great work.

Very, very disappointed in this hotel. It’s worn and turning dilapidated. Towels and sheets need replacing, as does the carpeting throughout. Air conditioner was cold, but very loud…even with ear plugs. The hotel needs a complete overhaul.

The property was nice overall. I would stay there again. They really should make sure the smoke detector batteries are checked periodically though as ours was constantly beeping when we checked in and our phone didn’t work at all so we couldn’t call the front desk. I had to go all the way downstairs to report the issues. They did get the smoke detector battery replaced promptly.

The bathroom had a leaky bathtub and there was hair on the wall.

When I checked in, my bathtub faucet was dripping and I couldn’t stop it. I had to get maintenance in. Then my TV didn’t work. It turned on, but I couldn’t open any channel. Disappointing hotel in all.

Good visit

Clean room staff was excellent and the shuttle driver was perfect

Instructions on when and where to get the airport shuttle were unclear. Tired to call the hotel and was out on endless hold. Eventually took an Uber for what should have been a free connection. Front desk had nothing to say when asked.

We were late to arrive to hotel about 1am but the reception waited for us to check in. We are appreciative to reserve the room for us.

Update the building and furniture
