Comfort Suites Chicago O'Hare Airport

The property is not what it looks like in the pictures. It is an old construction that has not been maintained properly. Breakfast was nice, Airport drop is amazing.

The staff was great but the property needs a lot of work. Broken and chipped floors are a safety hazard.

The carpets in the whole hotel look very ugly and dirty , the room smell like ashtray and in general the hotel look dirty . To park your car is a mission even when they charge you 20 dollars per night

Jessica had great vibes, like she really enjoyed dealing with customers, as I observed while waiting to check-in. Glad she assisted me. Jessica made me feel valued. But, there was a particular young lady who worked the second shift that needs to be more customers friendly oriented. Im not going to accept the excuse that she's young and give her a pass for disrespect; I depress. I will stay again because the view of planes coming to and leaving from the airport was a delight (7th floor) and the shutter service was appreciated- Kudos to Shirley and Dujuan who got me back to the airport.

While the staff were friendly, this property has definitely seen better days. No bugs or anything like that but could use some repairs and updating.

I made good of the stay because it was close to the airport. This hotel is dirty. The carpet is filthy. The room smelled like smoke even though I asked for a smoke free room. The walls were cracking. There is a dollar store behind the hotel, i purchased plug-ins and air freshener for the room. The young ladies at the desk were awesome. The hotel needs to be remolded. The fitness center was out of order. The business center printer out of order. The breakfast was ok. They did have coffee available all day. There were stains on the tub, the sofa had a tare in it. The TV’s are small and out dated. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The elevators were not clean. Goodness… i was a little disappointed!! Because I love the comfort suites. Also they charge for parking $20 per night. The good thing they have a shuttle that only pick you up from Ohare, not Midway. That should be specified on their site.

Floors were dirty in our room and it just felt a bit sloppy, still better than a motel though.

It wasn’t the cleanest but it was close to so many things and the staff and the airport shuttle were the kindest and most helpful people,the breakfast was good, and I loved the UNO on site which made it easy to eat and relax while there.

I always check for bed bugs before I stay somewhere. Happy to report there were none…BUT…the mattress in our room was FILTHY.

Their airport shuttle bus was broken down and they had no back-up plan for us. "Just get an Uber or a Lyft," they said. Yes, maybe this is easy for most people, but we'd just arrived in the US after living abroad for four years. We had no cell service and only the spotty airport wifi to communicate with. It took us several hours to arrange a ride. Furthermore, we had lots of luggage and most ride services cannot accommodate that much. We were rejected by the Lyft driver. It was nightmare. The hotel itself is okay. The beds are clean and you can get some sleep. But, the whole place is rather run-down and smells funny.

Clean room , airport shuttle to and from airport plus to the blue line which was nice and helped. Early check in was available also which was nice .

Check-in customer service was terrible. The hotel needs an update. The breakfast was not even worth offering for free.

The property was clean. Breakfast is in the restaurant and had decent options. Water and coffee available all day. The shuttle is a bit weird in that you have to sign up for it. The shuttle is pretty fast for a pickup from the blue line.
