Great stay! What a cool historic building on the strip! The harpist that was there for happy hour was amazing! Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly!
-
The staff was very courteous at all times.

The service in the breakfast area is wonderful. At least 3 ladies were waiting on us for anything we might want. The desk staff and valets are ready to help for any request. We stay there often. Great local entertainment - music, trivia, history.

Great staff. Helpful and welcominy

Loved the Hotel! Didn’t like the room we stayed in. It was too small and the air conditioning underperformed. Additionally, the room was in the back next to the garage with bright lights on all night. The window blinds barely blocked the light out. Sleeping was very difficult.

This was our second time staying and was equally great. The location is central to a lot of attractions.
-
Downtown and easily walked to shops and restaurants.
-
We liked everything! The location, the staff, the afternoon wine and cheese, and it is beautiful to just be present.

It was a pleasure to stay there, breakfast was very very good and attentive staff. Offering of free water was a pleasant surprise. Would suggest having more waste cans in the room would have helped us because we put a do not disturb note on our door the whole time. But housekeeping put a bag of fresh towels outside our door anyway, very nice.

Nice room in a beautiful old historic building, the breakfast in the morning was wonderful, and it was in a safe area and walkable.

The old southern charm was so enjoyable. The staff, the service... Everything was great! Our bed had a downward slope towards the headboard. It was likely from the old aged floors, but some way to prop up that end would have been nice. Or it was leaning to where my husband thought he'd fall right off his side.

This was an amazing hotel, and great location. Staying in this old of a building, but having all the amenities of new was great. The wine and cheese happy hour with speakers/music was a bonus. Breakfast was really good. I would stay her again, and will recommend to others.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and inviting. We enjoyed our brief stay and would recommend to anyone who is interested in staying at a beautiful historic hotel in the heart of Savannah. I was a little bummed out that we didn't have any paranormal experiences.

The wine, snacks and entertainment provided each evening were very nice!
