My toilet barely flushed, a few times I thought it was going yo over flow. The pool was closed by 9:40 when the sign on the wall said 10pm, and the bar was wiped clean by 9:45 when the sign said it closed at 10pm too. Breakfast was a disaster!! The food area was always out of food, the "fresh bananas" where hot and mushy, and the food was always empty because the kitchen worker wouldn't stop yapping to her "regular guest." The line for food was at least 30 people deep all the time! I seriously waisted money staying here. 110% NOT worth $300 a night. There's nothing at this hotel thay justifies paying $300 a night!

The location was great ,the bed was firm but not terribly uncomfortable. We set the Ac on 65 but in never got below 70 and that was only in the middle of the night. The main reason we booked this hotel was for the rooftop pool & hot tub but the hot tup was cold and the jets barely worked 😔

Breakfast was free and descent. Parking was valet only and a little pricey. Toilet clogged easily unfortunately but maintenance came fast with a plunger. Staff was friendly, especially Gail during breakfast!

We had good reviews from friends so we planned for the Holiday Inn express and it was perfect for what we needed close to all the squares and old Savannah and Wright on the trolley stop across the small little street so convenient and the staff was amazing. Always nice to have a warm breakfast and a place to drink coffee in the lobby as well as a cocktail if you like great location great people great service couldn’t ask for more.

The only downside was that the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. However, the breakfast was excellent and had everything you could expect, including omelets, sausage, pancakes, cereal, juice, and coffee available throughout the day. The location was perfect right in the middle of all the major attractions and must-see spots. We even took a half-day trip to Tybee Island, which was only about 25 minutes away. We paid for parking but later realized there was a parking deck right next door. We probably could have saved about $20 and skipped the valet service. That said, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the are

Clean room, nice staff breakfast was not the best had valet parking

Good breakfast. Parking garage next door was helpful. The pool was closed during our stay so we were disappointed.

Highly recommended

The toilet was stopped up and overflowing ! No cap and plastic bags for the ice bucket ! The freezer was giving us problems and the maintenance man said he would come back and fix it ! The manager had left and called me backed hours later while we were at on a boat ride ! They were supposed to call me back later but didn't receive the call ! I will never stay in this hotel ever again and I need to be reimbursed for one night's stay since we checked out one day early ! Thank you in advance for handling this matter !!!

The beds and pillows were not comfortable. We stayed one night on a trip back from Florida. Had stayed at a holiday inn express on our way to Florida about 30 miles outside Savannah and it was nicer and much cheaper than this one. All staff at the Savannah location were very nice and the breakfast was good. It was clean, my only complaint is the beds and pillows.

What I like about this prop is the location. It’s in the heart of the downtown area and you’re in walking distance of everything.
-
One thing. The pool was down. It would have been nice to of been able to use it. Otherwise I had a great time staying there. Thank you and God bless you!
-
Hotel was nice, clean, friendly staff, in a great location. We reserved this hotel to take advantage of the roof top pool, unfortunately when we got there the pool was being cleaned. We checked back repeatedly for the next hour and a half and the pool was still closed. So we got ready and went to dinner early, it rained the rest of the evening. 4pm is not the best time to clean/treat the pool, this should be done after hours.

The only downside was the valet parking fee, which was about $48 per night. However, parking is expensive throughout the Historic District, so I was aware of that before booking. The breakfast hours were also a little earlier than I would have liked (6:00 AM–9:00 AM). Extending it until 10:00 AM would have been nice for guests on vacation. One thing that did bother us was that dogs were allowed in the breakfast area. It had been raining, and one wet dog was shaking off water near where people were eating, which made us uncomfortable. Because of that, we chose to eat breakfast outside the hotel instead. If I stay again, I probably wouldn't purchase the breakfast option. Other than those minor issues, we had a wonderful stay. The clean rooms, excellent staff, and unbeatable location made it a great experience. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to friends and family.

It's a great location, the staff is amazing. There seemed to be an issue with the pool, and we eat her through the "grapevine" that way he could use the sister hotel across the streets pool, however, staff did fail to mention that although it seems staff wasn't really aware of the whole situation themselves.

Nice property in the absolute best area to stay.

Location Elevator was so slow

Our room was cozy, comfortable, and very clean. We also appreciated that breakfast was included with our stay, providing a great start to each day. Overall, the combination of the excellent location, clean accommodations, and included breakfast made for a very enjoyable experience.

Location close to eatery. Also They removed coffee machines from the room. Instead installed two costa coffee machine (freshly ground) at the breakfast area. Brilliant idea. Never was a fan of cardboard tasting coffee It seems the AC inside the room works on motion sensor. It shuts off when u sleep n the temperature goes up. I woke up several times sweating because of this. If this is what is installed it’s not a good idea. Valet parking @ atrocious rates. Used Public self parking next door @ $25/day
