This place is a complete and total disgrace. The staff and the facilities are terrible. Would never stay here again.

Hot tub was broke. Stay was nice though

The hot tub was broken, literally only reason I booked that hotel, pool had bugs all in it no towels available, door from pool to hotel was broken had to call hotel to get let in. Bug in my daughters eggs, ice machine broken on floor I was on, couch bed was horrid worst bed I've ever had to sleep on. Overcharged for all that was price the money I spent was wasted on a terrible hotel that is supposed to be a very well named hotel. Overall experience was I wish I had picked another hotel. Just wanted to have fun w my daughter for a weekend and picked the wrong hotel.

I liked everything; the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property was well-kept, and there was a lot of parking. There were also plenty of food options and nearby facilities to enjoy. If you love Wal-Mart, there is one about a mile down from the hotel. My family and I were pleased. The kids loved the pool, too. There were no blackout curtains to block out the light from outside. I would also suggest that the tub in the restroom be made into a stand-in shower.

The people location

Conveniently located, good breakfast, and nice rooms. Staff was excellent! The one side of the bed was a little weird - felt like it was uneven/lower than it should be. The shower was clean, but a little dingy.

Location was perfect! Comfy beds. The bathroom/ bathtub didn’t seem to be as clean as it could have been. Also the air conditioner wouldn’t stay on so it was hot at night

April & Darien, night staff, were so very helpful & friendly! They deserve a bonus for going above & beyond to make sure our room was up to standards.

Beds were comfy and staff were super nice. But bathroom was not ready for guests. Only half the number of towels were there that the room could hold. Also all the shower soap was gone. Both things were remedied quickly by visiting the front desk but it was an inconvenience.

It was a very short stay. Got there around 8:30p and checked out around 7:30 a. Breakfast was good! A good variety of food was offered. We stayed in a suite and when we pulled out the couch to make the bed there were no linens or extra pillows in the room for it. So my daughter went down to the front desk to get some. Only issue with our stay. It was quickly resolved. Thank you
