Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Saraland, AL

The first thing that pleased me about the hotel was the friendliness and attention of the staff to my needs. I had come into town early and asked if it would be possible to have an early check in, and the employee immediately began to work to accommodate the request. In less than an hour I was able to check in. The room was fabulous, no problems and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers in and around Saraland. Five stars!!!!

Roaches in the rooms. Ice machines broke. Smelled bad throughout facility!

Not bad for one night. Property and room wasn’t up to the normal expectations of other places I have stayed with the same brand hotels.

Clean and quiet, can’t really ask for more

The breakfast isn’t great but the hotel was excellent!

Looked quite run down from the outside, the room was clean but bathroom sockets not working so no where to use hair dryer, fridge cupboard door broken and remote control for tv broken. On the plus side towels were changed every day and staff friendly

Clean, good quality for price

Clean bathroom, good A/C and well appointed rooms. They always have a good breakfast!! Waffles, eggs, sausage and hash browns, etc Coffee is outstanding! Love the fresh cookies they have at the front desk, as well as coffee nearby. I've been staying here 2-4 times a year for at least 5 years. They must be doing something right, as it's my favorite place to stay between Houston and Augusta, and back!

This place is the best hotel I have ever been at. I got into ER and recuperated at the hotel. Nice breakfast that lasts till 9:30AM and extremely kind staff. God bless!

Close to everything It was noisy from guest cause the walls are thin.

This hotel is old. Great staff but expect holes in the carpet and patched holes in the walls. Room smelled of mildew.

A little hard to get to. Seems like you are going on some back alley road. Not bad but not a wide open approach.

Room was clean and bed was super comfy. Staff was very nice.
