Eldorado Hotel & Spa

This is a beautiful hotel. We had a deluxe king with a patio. the patio was crumbling and one of the patio chairs was ripped and worn. We weren't able to sit on the patio anyway as it was raining. The staff was excellent! We had to cut our visit short as my husband grew ill and the front desk representative was very helpful and accommodating. Just need to spruce it up a little on the patio. Otherwise a good stay.

Clean and comfortable and pet friendly

We were there on a Monday and the restaurant was closed which was a big bummer.

Super clean rooms and pool was amazing.

Loud noise in hallways, inconsiderate guest with children, slamming doors, loud talking from maids while we were trying to sleep, thumping and bumping from above, ”broken Coffee maker and no microwave oven in The room. Will never go back!!!

Very clean room, and beautiful terrace with an amazing view of Santa Fe. Very short walk from everything in the plaza, and the both the front desk and valet staff were very helpful and friendly!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, within easy walking distance of The Plaza, as well as numerous shops, bars, and restaurants. The views were beautiful and added even more to the overall experience. We also had a wonderful experience at the hotel's restaurant. The food was delicious, and the staff did an excellent job accommodating our large group. The service was attentive, and everything ran smoothly despite the size of our party. Overall, we were very impressed with the professionalism, hospitality, and service throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again the next time we're in the area.

Beware of the pet policy. You may get stuck in a room next to a barking dog and not able to change your room. Otherwise it’s a very nice hotel.

Is there a pool on property?

Coffee creamer in the room was curdled, coffee pods were old and one was open, balcony not clean at all, safe didn't work, headboard extremely loose. Just a little janky and enough to make us not stay again unfortunately.

Great stay

One of the exercycles had a broken seat height adjuster. Other one was in use. Combined made a crabby start to the morning.

The beds were very comfortable. Everything is walking distance. Valet was great. Pool amd hot tub were wonderful. The only suggestion would be the coffee in the room was decaf only amd cups looked dirty. Also room service ended at 9 on a Saturday I felt that was to early.

Beautiful interior with clean rooms. Minor wear and tear to bathroom and some bugs in bathroom.

The parking valet was nice and efficient.
