Hotel St Francis

The Valet was super convenient and the front desk was exceptionally helpful.

The hotel is in a great spot. The building is nice with a great history.

We always stay here when visiting Santa Fe.

Very walkable, helpful staff, would definitely stay here again!

A great place to stay close to the plaza and has everything you need

The most beautiful, peaceful property. The staff is excellent and I loved the valet parking. We had to make some changes in our travel arrangements and the staff went above and beyond to help us. Also a perfect location in the plaza.

Sink was in the room and had to step up to go in bathroom. Ratty looking like carpet in the room. Staff was helpful but not friendly. The bar service was great and the gentleman that ran it was super friendly and helpful. The veranda on the front of the building was the best part of the hotel. Lots of seating to enjoy the weather

The St. Francis is a lovely historic hotel. Very clean and the staff was great and accommodating. The only complaint we have about our stay is that the AC did not work properly during the night time. It worked great during the daytime but didn’t work or was turned down by the property at night. Needless to say, we never had a good nights sleep for the four nights we stayed.

Clean room

We couldn’t wait to stay at this hotel from previous trips to Santa Fe however, this was the worst day ever. The hotel has little to no amenities. Restaurant was closed. Bar closed very early. Only two staff members working the entire hotel with nothing to do. Air-conditioning unit in the room has one tiny vent for the whole room which was in adequate during the warm season. Has one light fixture in the whole entire room, which is not adequate. This is a one time only hotel stay sadly for this property.

The property was absolutely charming and set the Santa Fe “vibe. “ My room was clean and well equipped, and the lobby and porch areas were immaculately clean as well. The location was perfect for the downtown/plaza area. I highly recommend this property.

We were also awakened by several very loud cars . Nothing that the hotel could do about them but just want others to be warned.

We love this hotel. Excellent location, clean rooms, and lovely amenities. The staff is also incredibly helpful. A huge thank you to Josh for always being there with suggestions or help when we need it!
