Hotel staff stopped that quickly. Putting strict rules on a paper that was put under every door on our floor.

Cleaning The only I booked this hotel, I thought free breakfast but never happened and the charge you over the price, I got sick after I ate breakfast, it wasn’t great food

People at restaurants was super nice Some of the counter people wasn’t very friendly

Property is kept up well. The staff is friendly and professional Beds are very comfortable . Definitely recommend.

Could not figure out how to work the tv channel guide.

Location is good, they don't charge for parking which is nice (don't understand places that charge for parking that's just petty) My room was clean and generally the place is well taken care of. Staff are pleasant. The elevator has a straw on the floor that wasn't picked up for over 2 days, peanut, and other junk. Yes I know many people are slobs but you do need to clean the elevator people get in and out of them all the time.

Nice safe area. Free parking. Several hot breakfast items were cold. (Sausage, Hash-browns). There was several noises which made it hard to fall asleep so I used my white noise to drown that out. Also, because I used booking.com the hotel said they wouldn’t provide me with Hilton Honors points for my stay. This seems very odd to me.

Friendly front desk and restaurant staff. Loved how welcoming and accommodating they were for those of us traveling with our dogs. Will definitely book again when visiting the area.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were so helpful. We ate from the buffet and had special orders made and it was all good, fresh and appealing.

This was a nightmare. I hooked the suite and immediately we could hear and feel a chronic rumbling noise occurring every minute or so. It was so loud the room was uninhabitable. When we reported it to the front desk one of the staff was pleasant and the other was egregiously aggressive and obstinate— questioning us, accusing us of making up stories, raised her voice and ultimately the nicer one found us another room option BUT it was a much cheaper room and I did not get any reimbursement. Then a couple days later I tried to do laundry and discovered a decrepit old coin op , put my money in and the thing didn’t work. It was one issue after another . I am extremely horrified and I DEMAND A FULL REFUND

Yes the breakfast met my expectation and the rooms were extra clean

Staff was extremely courteous. Property clean and very comfortable. My 2nd time here and it was perfect.
