When I arrived at the hotel, I was hit with a fee in addition to what I'd already paid Expedia, which I'd been led to believe was payment in full. Beyond that, the bed was at least comfortable; however, the TV didn't work, the towels were dirty, and the shabby curtains on the window offered scant privacy. I'm a pretty no-frills traveler and don't expect much from a budget hotel, and even my meager expectations went unmet. Stay anywhere but here.

For one the front desk charges more than online and even from what their banners say and the price varies from staff to customer though the current owner is super nice the property can use some help and I plan to help make it happen.

We arrived at Super 7 Inn By OYO San Antonio NW Medical center 3414 Fredericksburg. Rd, hotel at 9:00 pm My reservation were for 2 rooms for 3 nights thru Expedia. The hotel díd not honor expedia third party price. They wanted to charge an additional $20 room fee per room per night!!! Which would have been $120.00 added to what I had already paid. The hotel would not refund my paid reservation, In addition, this location is ghetto, and un safe. I had to get Expedia involved since Super 7 Inn would not provide a refund. The consistent calling between expedia and súper 7 exclalation department. delayed caused us to be searching for a new hotel to spend the night. We were a family of 8, with 5 granddaughters we ended checking inn at our new accomadations close to 1200 mid night. Worst experience ever!!

Upon arrival there were additional fees that were assessed that were not disclosed online. Specifically a $25 fee if the online rate was under $50.

When we attempted to request a refund, the staff had already closed for the night and did not respond to calls. We chose to leave the property due to the poor conditions and are now seeking a refund. This was one of the worst lodging experiences I’ve had, and I cannot recommend this hotel.

Nothing Everything. I had booked with a pet, ensuring my searches listed pet friendly and this motel came up. I booked, spent 68$ on a Lyft to get there only to see signs posted all over NO PETS! I was furious, tired and now had to find a different hotel and pay another Lyft charge. I would never recommend this run down place to anyone.

Nothing. The a/c wasn't working. They changed me rooms in the early morning. Staff falsely accused me of taking towels jus to keep the deposit. Towel were not switched when I was moved into other room. Desided to check out at 3am. When the night staff moved me at 12am. Will never book at this location ever again. Also staff would talk in different language in front of customers. Rude.....

If I could give zero stars I would. Property looks nothing like pictures. Dirty, floor was soaking wet. They do not honor online prices and added room fees for being under $50. Charge $5 for using a card to pay. Wouldn't even give us an extra pillow. Terrible. Terrible

The TV had only one channel, I went to front desk, the worker had a bad attitude, he he never came to check the problem

The condition of the room was unacceptable. It was outdated, poorly maintained, and I encountered roaches during my stay, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. There was also no working cable service as expected. Customer service at the front desk was also a problem. When I asked reasonable questions about the unexpected charges and room conditions, the staff member was dismissive and unhelpful rather than professional. Overall, this stay fell well below basic standards for cleanliness, transparency, and customer service. I would strongly suggest confirming all fees in advance and considering other options.

Wouldn’t recommend this spot

Not to much at all I guess that it was located close to my home so it wasn't to far. Almost everything about it . But the worst part was the cleanliness of the motel they were roaches in her room everywhere we couldn't enjoy ourselves I was constantly looking around we even have to buy roach spray the front desk and owners basically bamboozled us we were given a price on booking and then when we got to the location they didn't want to honor that price so we have to pay additional when I tried to explain to them at the end of our stay the owner said oh wow you you had that problem we've been buying roach spray for for the rooms we thought it would really help but every roaches everywhere was disgusting I mean I couldn't even take a bath without roaches in the tubs

Dude front desk was rude and didn't not give me the price I booked for I had to pay more., left my shoe there went right back and they was gone do not stay there

Hotel was messy, staff rude, extra charge for the room, the price in Expedia is not the right price once you arrive at the property they charge 25 Dlls extra in addition of what you already paid in the app.

I was charged via booking and also by the property. Still haven’t received a refund for the double payment or my deposit. Also I don’t think I will continue paying via booking because this has been a common trend of booking a certain room on here but basically starting the process all over again at the property. I booked a 2 bed room online and was given a 1 bed room when I got there. Not the biggest deal but it just not consistent with expectations

I did not like everything about it.They checked something into my room.That wasn't even in my family and would not give me a refund and it's a dirty and ugly and stinky
