Nice hotel for a little getaway or staycation

This day was fine but the bathroom door would not shut all the way and the nozzle on the faucet was broken and then I noticed this morning that there was dried up coffee all over the wall

The room were clean enough nothing major. It did have a few dead water bugs and the room and hotel have that weird A/C mold smell. The staff was good at making sure we had what we needed for our stay. We stay for five nights only used the room to sleep in.

The lady at the buffet breakfast was amazing. She was very helpful and attentive to everyone’s needs! Kudos to her!

I would only recommend this place if there was no other place to stay. When I arrived I was greeted by a very rude guy. I’m not sure who the guy was, maybe some sort of mngr., but he would much rather stand around than help the other person behind the counter check quests in. When the other guy asked him questions or for help, he would get angry and annoyed. Very professional!! The room smelled awful and was very humid. Don’t dare walk barefoot, the carpet was dirty and disgusting. The bathroom looked like it hasn’t had a thorough cleaning in some time. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Not the greatest sleep you’ll have due to being able hear every step the others make in the room above you. Met a friend at another hotel a block away and probably should’ve stayed there instead!

Clean room. Smelled good. Clean sheets. Evening staff member was helpful.

We had to swap rooms upon arrival due to the room smelling like cigarette smoke and black mold in the shower. The room we slept in had zero water pressure, a stinky fridge, and random stains all over the walls. We’ll be picking another property next time.

More cleaning needed

The carpeting on the stairs is dsrk, with no contrast strips, and I tripped and hurt my ankle.

The beds were quite hard and not very comfortable. Breakfast was okay, but the selection and quality could be better. Overall, the staff made a positive impression, but the cleanliness, comfort, and amenities need attention.

It’s our second time staying in this location and we love it .!

Smelt like dirty mop water when we walked in. The door looked like it had been busted open before, as it was damaged in the top corner. The bathroom door also did not close properly so you were unable to lock it when in use. Not only that but the light when you first walk in could not be turned turned off without turning off electricity to everything else in the entire room. The bathroom sink also had hair around the lotion/body wash dispenser.

I asked the desk for info on operating the TV and he told me the info is on the guide. Never found a guide of any type, either on the TV nor printed on paper like the better hotels have. This will be our last stay at an Ls Quinta

The staff is friendly and the hotel. is clean and comfortable. Upgrade was easily done. No ice machine on the floor we were on. But it was just one floor down.

Drywall patches not fully repaired in bath area. Mo soap in shower. Cigarette butts in parking lot.

Hotel has a lot of potential. Property was clean but there was no hot water for the shower, the room was clean but smelled and carpet felt dirty. Staff was nice and parking lot is great.
