Great waitstaff, Anna Smith in particular. Fine classical guitar music throughout, a refreshing change from the usual. Particularly enjoyed the riverside breakfasts.

We were disappointed. We booked two rooms, if I could post picture I would. Bed sheets had holes. The room was falling apart, shower head broken , the wall wood was chipped from the bottom like it was super glued . The hostess at the restaurant was very rude and unpleasant.

Everything was great, hotel staff very professional and friendly. When we first initially got in our room the ac vent was closed but we opened it and the room got cooler. Best overnight experience

Parking can be tricky and misleading. Valet is $60 per night. Self parking is public parking and rates vary from $30-40 per day depending

The suite was a wonderful bonus as a standard room. Customer service was AMAZING! Fast Eddie was a tremendous ambassador for the hotel who made our stay special!

Hotel Contessa has become our favorite hotel to go for our staycations. The rooms are so spacious and everything feels very clean. The staff has always been very courteous. Being right of Market and Commerce it's in the heart of everything.

Hotel Contessa was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was very helpful and took care of us! The room was amazing and had a great view. Very clean and well maintained. Will stay again for sure!

Bathroom was bad. Broken, dated, lightbulbs out, tub with mildew, non functioning shower curtain, doors didn’t close…. Otherwise room was ok, and the location was excellent

Very good staff and responsive. I feel that they need to familiarize guests with the hotel when the guests check in. I had to find everything, such as the spa and pool by myself. Also, they need to explain how the $15 voucher works. Nice hotel but I should not feel it is initially run on autopilot.
