Embassy Suites San Antonio Riverwalk-Downtown

Everything was so AMAZING there even the staff and the Breakfast was AWESOME and the rooms and bathrooms were SPARKLING CLEAN me and my whole family is definitely ❤ coming back next year same time same place 💖 ❤ 😊

This is our 2nd time staying at the Embassy. Our room was clean, staff was nice and breakfast every morning was great. This is our favorite hotel.

Parking is expensive the service is ok. Rooms are also ok.

All staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was really good and rooms were very neat and clean. Loved my view from my balcony. (Riverwalk view)

Location and breakfast were good. Breakfast staff and bar staff friendly. Free evening happy hour snacks and 2 free drinks! Attention to detail with housekeeping - the conditioner bottle was completely empty in the shower. Had to call to get it replaced. Husband ended up having to go and get it! No bedding available for the sleeper sofa, had to call for it and it took the staff forever to answer the phone. No extra blankets, had to call for 2 more! Not enough towels for 4 people taking showers (had to call for towels!) and broken hook on bathroom door, so nowhere in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes. Only 3 pillows on the bed instead of 4 (so couldn't have 2 each). Staff talking to each other at reception making the customer wait unnecessaryily so. Just lots of little things, that all add up!

The room was dusty and bathroom had rust around the outside of the tub, walls were dirty. Breakfast was amazing, Manager was not helpful.

We were placed in a room with a leaky faucet. I tried to overlook that. Though we cut the air conditioner off because the room was too cold for our liking, the air was cut back on automatically and was extremely cold in room and very uncomfortable. Our total hotel stay for room including taxes should have been 502 dollars for a three night stay approximately, however, due to a family emergency, we had checked out the following morning, but was still charged a total of 415 dollars. The charges included a 70 dollar parking charge and an early check out fee fee of 75 dollars. The room was only 202 dollars a night. I understand that things happen but having little regard to customers was unacceptable to us. We had travelled 4 hours to try and celebrate our anniversary but had to leave early for the emergency. I would not recommend anyone to stay at your establishment. I enjoy staying at Embassy Suites every time we travel out of town... however we are highly disappointed.

Excellent for families, we stay here 3 to 4 times a year

Property was clean and food was good During snack hour, one bartender ignored me and my cousin. We were standing there and he acknowledged someone else . I cannot remember his name. The bartender Steve was amazing .
