Bad breakfast, rooms not very clean, VERY HOT, and stinky

okay but... not the cleanest rooms and the kitchen area was terrible, Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:00. Went down and 6:30 and no coffee had even been made let alone anything else... total bust...

Friendly and very helpful

The rooms wasn’t very clean. The carpets looked as if they were not vacuumed. The paint job on the walls in the bathroom was very poor. The bathtub had a rusted drain. And the worst part, was the sink was clogged. So after one use, not knowing it was clogged, it filled up and stayed that way until we left. The staff wasn’t very friendly and at one point the receptionist was busy talking on her phone outside more than attending the desk. I will definitely pay more for a better hotel next time

Needs to be updated. The ac was right next to the bed and blew directly on 1/2 the bed

People were great! Hotel needs some carpet cleaning and a few repairs, but ok for one night stay.

We had a great stay in Roswell. The front desk staff was excellent, breakfast was great, our room was spacious and in a great location.

Furniture was dirty. The room jad bugs and the curtains did not close all.the way.

Carpet was nasty, whole hotel smelled of cigarettes despite claiming to be smoke free and the shower did not drain properly. Almost checked out right after seeing the room.

Pool was not in good shape, paint was peeling. Rooms were ok. Carpets were stained, beds n room weren't very presentable. Staff was amazing.

Dirty dirty dirty dirty painted over dirty didn’t want my bags to touch the floor.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was of a southwest flavor. It was plentiful, tasty and a good start to the rest of our day.
