I would not recommend staying here as it was not clean. There was hair in the bathtub and the sheets were not clean.

Very clean and simple but beautiful

The hotel was old and needed renovation. Walls were dirty. Linen was old. Had to ask for towels. Had to clean coffee pot. Rooms were spacious and hotel was beautiful at one time.

I went out of my way to stay here because it was affordable and had a hot tub. After checking in, I went to use the hot tub and found out it was cold. No signs, no maintenance in progress, nothing! I went to discuss this with the manager and they said they would provide me with a 10% refund, but later found out they lied and did not apply any refund. The building was in poor shape and had bugs everywhere, loose ceiling tiles, and generally was gross feeling due to poor ventilation and having an enclosed indoor pool and "hot" tub. This hotel is garbage, do not waste your money here!! I do not recommend this hotel and can only rate this 1/10 stars.. and I am being generous.

Location and good air conditioning in the room only. Nice pool but no one seemed to use it. Awful chemical smell, leak in bathroom, no Breakfast Saturday, no staff in the morning!!! Trash in the hall was never emptied. Never booking this hotel again

If you are just needing a place to sleep, then it is ok. Rooms were clean enough. I booked this hotel specifically to use the hot tub. The temperature of the hot tub was the same as the pool. The jets barely worked. And the one staff member I saw was frequently busy doing random maintenance around the hotel.

The location is great, quiet part of town, food within walking distance. Our bathtub didn't look thoroughly cleaned. For the price, I was satisfied.

Carpet was dirty. First room's air conditioner would not cool and was missing TV remote. I was moved to 2nd room that was missing a chair for the desk.

Busted plaster was in the hallways. Tub was clogged. Faucet was leaking. Breakfast was okay. The fly on the eggs made them undesirable. The waffle was good!

Great location, easy check in! Clean, comfortable, convenient and quiet!

To front desk to ask when they would bring out more food and was told "we're out of food, but I can bring more milk"

Non-Suitable breakfast cups provided for breakfast and were not wrapped separately and visibly dirty. There were dead bugs on the floor. There was not a good selection of breakfast. The eggs were cold and the sausage was under cooked. Not a selection om fruit. The worker did not have on gloves while handling the food. This was the first time that I had horrible hotel experience and with the breakfast that was provided. This hotel should be closed down. I reserved three rooms for a wedding that my family and I attended. In one of the rooms the window was broken and patched up with tape which did not help. We had problem with the keys working, Towels were stained and had holes on them. Rooms had stains and have dirty carpets. Under the beds in the three rooms, we found a sex pill wrapper, tub and paint peeling and shower would not stop leaking and the shower did not drain. the pool was closed and was dirty. one of the rooms smelled like sewer and in another room the air conditioner did not work. A fridge had mold and fire extinguisher was out of date and expired 10/2025. Dirty lines lounge area restrooms were dirty we spoke with a worker and the room that did not have air conditioning. he moved my family to another room a few hours later, so we had to share rooms to get ready for the wedding since they could not use their room. Once moved into another room under the bed they found a pair of shoes. I did not see one housekeeper the whole 3 days that we were there. They had poor service. My husband is taking this action further to see what could be done and report this hotel. I will not stay or reserve any Clarion Hotel anymore. I will stay with Comfort Inn or the Holiday Inn express where I know I will get better rooms, service, and a hot and delicious breakfast and with more choices for my family and I. If there was an angry face that i could select, they would all be angry faces.

Back door to hotel does not lock, very noisy all night, did not feel like a safe environment

The room was infested with roaches and dirty. The hallway carpet has human poop smeared into the carpet. There was drug activity all night as well as prostitution. There were naked people on drugs in the halls. Roaches in tub. Roaches on the wall. I got take out set it down at the desk to eat went to wash hands came back to a roach in my food! Very very disturbing. Food all in the halls. Tried to tell front desk he said “manager tomorrow” so I don’t think he truly understands. I have several pictures
