Roswell Inn

It is an older inn. The beds were amazing. We traveled for 10 days and stayed in several hotels and inns. These beds were the most comfortable. Room price was great. Location was easily accessible to everything we wanted to do. Very quiet. Easy.parling by your room door. Well.lit parking area.

For the price, this place cannot be beat. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The shower & bathroom sink seemed to be newer and it was all clean. The mini fridge & freezer in the room was better than most you find at other hotels. There wasn’t coffee or other extras, but we didn’t need them anyway. The room was comfy and it was nice having the car right outside. We plan on staying again on our way through Roswell!

Parking right outside our room. Very well lit at night. AC works great, several restaurants with in walking distance.

Nice small themed hotel on the mail roadway in town. My only complaint were that the mattresses need some attention. Would stay again.

This was a convenient location for a one night stay off main street in Rosswell as a tourist. The front desk clerk was nice and check in was quick. They offer free juice and coffee. You park your car parallel in front of the door. We were right my ice and laundry. Unfortunately the ice machine was not working when we needed it in the morning. No one was at the front desk for check out. We put our key in the box. I forgot food in the fridge so I was unable to go back to the room and get it since I dropped the key off and no one was there. The room was a good size. It was clean but did not have an appealing smell. They should use some better room deodorizer or something to help with the stale / chemical smell. The best part was the bed and pillows were sooo comfortable. We had a good sleep. Which makes this a great value for one night. Price- comfort and location was great.

Nice clean room, no fuss no bother.

I had a room with a single full-sized bed, and it was quite small and basic but that was ok with me. This motel is on the north side of town which is the safer side and is in a relatively quiet area. Each room has a parking spot reserved for it in front of its door which is great. The woman at the desk was friendly and helpful. It is next door to a good Mexican restaurant. Unfortunately I did not sleep well for two reasons: the mattress was not particularly comfortable, and more importantly the air conditioner is located near the head of the bed and blows wind (even on low setting) on my head that I couldn't avoid even with extra pillows stacked around me. So I had to turn it off and the room would get stuffy after a while. This is why I gave it three stars instead of four or five. If you can handle wind blowing on your head while you sleep this motel is a good value.

Parking was fantastic…right beside your unit. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Not the cleanest room. One of the bedside lamps didn’t work and the lightbulb had a nice layer of dust on it. TV remote needed batteries. Might have seen dried blood on the ceiling? Either way, it was gross whatever it was.

Very basic with no frills, but clean.

Pros: check-in was quick and easy, staff were nice and helpful, room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, cold A/C, convenient parking right outside the door to your room, located right on the main strip of town, shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water, affordable pricing Cons: the property was open (not gated) and anyone could walk/drive through, there were some cosmetic issues with the shower/tub, towels did the job but were rough Overall, I would recommend checking it out. I know we will be back!

The front desk gentleman was very helpful after our flight was delayed 5hrs and checked us in late.

It’s a small place and there was no breakfast to speak of— only donuts from what I heard.

Basic hotel with good service and fine rooms. Definitely a great price and okay for a one night stay.
