No issues.

One of the lighting sconces next to the bed was broken and barely hanging on the wall. First hotel I ever stayed in that had no in room safe.

The hotel was a great choice, for a late night arrival to Chicago. The airport shuttle arrived as expected. Staff were friendly and helpful, late night. The bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again for the ease and proximity to the airport. Clean and comfortable hotel.

First stay at this hotel. The staff were so nice and helpful! The room was super clean and the bed was comfy. The airport shuttle driver was so nice.

Front desk staff was not friendly and accommodating. After a long flight we were hoping for an early check in. Apparently there is a $ 50 convenience fee for 2 hours early check in unlike Marriot or Hilton properties hotels.

We had booked a "deluxe, two queen beds" room but showed up and they had us in a single queen with a fold-out couch. And since they were sold out that night, they were not able to address the issue. This was an inconvenience to say the least. Plus, it was dirty with trash under the couch when we folded it out. Also, they charge for on-site parking, which was unclear in the listing.

Restaurant too exxpensive

We’ve stayed here 2 times now. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is quiet. It’s nice to have the restaurant right on site. We didn’t use the park n fly option this time, but it was very efficient and affordable when we used it during our last stay.

Be weary of hidden fees/ charges! Room is fine, property does feel a bit dated.

Rooms are outdated and smelled like smoke. Charged me $56 and could not tell me why. Still no refund, receipt or explanation.

The staff was polite and helpful. The bed was actually comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. It was quiet. The facilities were run-down, outdated and felt dirty. The carpet was stained, and it didn't look or smell very clean. The pillows were lumpy. We ate at the restaurant downstairs, which was also dirty - floor and tables were sticky. We ordered the salad, which was decent but the Italian meatballs were awful. The waitress was sympathetic and took them off our bill. Honestly, we were so tired from travel, we made it all work, but we were very disappointed.
