I really liked how quickly check in was. I adore the make up remover wipes it’s so thoughtful. The airport shuttle until 10pm nice touch and the parking is reasonable

I liked that it was Quiet Breakfast was very nice. The Gym was cool but could use a pull up and dip machine. Also the restaurants around the hotel give it a nice feel .Overall I enjoyed my Stay

Stay there for four night no one came to clean our room until the 4th night. I called on the second night asking why my room was not clean they told me they clean the rooms every other night I asked if I could have fresh towels and they told me ok but did not get anything I had to track done a cleaning staff to get towels. I got better service at a super8 then here very disappointed

All good, big clean room and had very good breakfast buffet
-
Room was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was fine but could use more variety. Overall a good experience.

The room was clean and we had a great view of airplanes flying overhead, however, the windows were so filthy you could barely see outside. The front desk staff were on their phones and seemed bothered at check in and check out. Breakfast was the standard fare and the dining room was clean and hostess friendly.

We have used this hotel for years, & found it great for multiple reasons in the past, However, this time the room had an overpowering bad oder( hinting at some sort of a sewer problem.)

My whole experience was excellent. Front staff was extremely nice! My kids enjoyed the pool! Beds were really comfortable or unless I knocked out because I was super tired lol. But either way, I slept good. My flight was delayed and they allowed me to have a late check out. I'm am so thankful for that! I didn't have to be roaming around houston with my luggage. I highly recommend to make this your stay!

Airport delay, breakfast was good

The rooms were very clean as well as lobby and fitness, the dishes at breakfast were disgusting and another story, while they had stacks to choose from every one had food and grease stains and you had to really dig for one out of the twenty plates even juice cups had food on them yuck! Mixed old food in new food counters gross.

The breakfast was excellent. Nice variety.
-
Decent hotel. The breakfast buffet was way below standards, and poorly attended. I've had better breakfasts in lower tier hotels.
-
The rooms where clean and the employees where nice

Room outdated

Excellent!

Very attractive and comfortable room, except that the towels were so high up that I could not reach them to take a shower. When we arrived, we asked for a handicapped room, and they offered us one at an additional $80 a night, which we refused. I always thought it was against the law to charge more for a handicapped room than a regular one. We were unable to take the shuttle due to our infirmities, due to the high steps into the van and had to take an uber at our own expense.

overall good experience but parking was a challenge but hey that's chicago
