The room fell short of expectations. There were visible stains on the carpet, and the first window blind was broken, only rolling down about three-quarters of the way. Overall, it wasn't the best experience. I left a few hours after arrived.

I don't understand how a hotel doesn't have working TV's. After a long drive, I just wanted to relax and watch TV. Had maintenance come to room 2 times only to be told there was nothing they could do to fix the issue. I come to Chicago 8 to 9 times a year for business. This was the 1st and last time I will be staying with you.
