Everything was fine. Nice room with lots of space. Very clean. Breakfast was ok. My only complaint is being charged for parking without any notice. When I checked out, I asked if there were any additional charges on my card and was told "no'. Then later an additional charge appears on my credit card. When I called to ask about the charge, I was told it was for parking. Very upset when I had no knowledge about having to pay for parking.

The Reception Staff was amazing!
-
The property is clean, has very comfy beds and a great breakfast!
-
The only thing I did not like was the outdoor pool - it’d been three days since they checked it (according to the sheet) and the pool was extremely dirty (hair clumps, dead/alive bugs, etc). Other than that, I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!

We only stayed here one night - 5/31/26. We needed a stopping point traveling I95 with our Rottie. They do charge an additional $7 per night parking fee apparently even though Expedia listed the room with free parking and they do charge a $75 per fee. However, the hotel and our room were extremely clean - the cleanest hotel I have seen in a long time. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and I am extremely picky. It was easy to get to off of I95. The lobby and dining area were nicely maintained and designed.

I really enjoyed my time here. I had to stay two nights and commute to DC for a memorial service. The staff was so kind, accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

When I pulled up to the entrance, I saw a lady arriving with a bag of food. I thought nothing of it. When I went to the check-in desk, there was no attendant. I called out, looked around, and in the dining area--no one responded. I thought this is weird, so I waited, and after about ten minutes, the lady I watched entering the lobby with a bag of food was actually the customer service attendant. I'm guessing she left to get food or had someone deliver food to her in the parking lot. She was absolutely unconcerned when she saw the other two customers and me waiting. Very poor customer service. I was too tired to engage with her.

Hotel was nice, clean & continental breakfast was pretty good. Both elevators seemed like they may breakdown at any minute. One of them rattled loudly upon arriving at our floor- every time. I took the stairs after a few times.
-
The elevator being broke and not working made the stay undesirable.

We enjoyed a quiet well appointed room in spite of a full house, ample parking, a wonderful free and spacious breakfast room and one of my fav amenities....instant hot water from the faucets in the bathroom !

Mattress was great! I didn't like that I was charged for parking
