Best Western Plus Executive Hotel

Great stay

The place was as outdated and nasty as a third world infested campground.. the elevator was nasty and had a bad odor. I book 3 nights however I would not stay I check out the first night… I would not recommend this place to even a homeless people. I think I now having flashbacks from the filthy outdated condition of this place

We had ants crawling all over our room. Thankfully we only stayed one night but it was uncomfortable trying to sleep not knowing if you would wake up to ants crawling on you. We were not offered anything when we reported it to the people at the front desk.

The room was quiet, clean, and up to date. The AC unit was functioning but it was broken exposing sharp edges and dirty interior. The refrigerator leaked water with each defrosting cycle. The breakfast buffet was typical but they struggled to keep all the stations operating.

The room had mold in the window and mouse poop behind the beds. The flooring in the room was coming up which made me trip. The flooring in the hallways we gross with crumbs. Only one elevator worked and it was disgusting on the inside. The free breakfast was inedible.

Room wasn’t clean at all, bugs in the bed me and my girlfriend slept in the couch bad experience. I would never recommended that place to no one.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast wasn't what I expected as I have stayed at other Best Westerns in the area and this one left me unimpressed. It was unfortunate that only one elevator was working during my stay which made waiting sometimes take longer than necessary. But my room was clean and comfortable, and I was able to get a good night sleep - the bed was comfortable and the A/C was great.

The room was decent and clean The facility, including the elevator was dirty. Also I asked front desk for a towel and he told me I should have asked when I checked in because they were out. Also there was not a variety for breakfast.

Clean and spacious room.

When I checked in the lady at the desk was cordial and informative There was no trash can or hair dryer available in the room. I did go to the desk in the morning and was given a hair dryer but told to return it when I'd finished using it. Also, no soap in dispenser in tub/shower when I took a shower. However, shampoo and conditioner dispensers full. Room needs updates.

Annoying construction needs to be walled off from the pool area. In addition, the hotel did not have adequate towels. Given pool towels until they ran out unacceptable, Same breakfast daily needs bacon. Toilets too low. Suitcase stands needed.
