Beach Boutique Hotel

Cheryl at the front desk was very helpful with helping us get around the area and save time and money. The property and room were clean. The location of the hotel was very convenient. Park and ride was right behind the hotel. The beds are a little worn. And the pillows are very soft. Bring your own pillow if you like firmness.

Excellent staff. Clean hotel. Spacious room with hot water and cold air. Pool area was really nice. Close to shopping and food. Not on the beach but so close.

Hotel was no frills but very clean. There was a shuttle bus to the beach and boardwalk within a a minute walk from the hotek so we didn't have to worry anout parking on a Saturday. The only negative about thd hotel was that the breakdast, although free consisted mainly of plastic wrapped pastries, coffee and a couple other items.

My bf and I booked a quick stay for my birthday weekend. We stayed for one night, but we enjoyed all the amenities provided. We were right next to the ice room saving us money on buying ice for our cooler. The pool was warm despite the cool temperatures. The breakfast bar was simple but got the job done. The hotel had excellent public bus service that took us directly to the boardwalk, and the staff were very helpful with getting all the necessary information to us. The laundry room was a plus as we were able to wash our bathing suits. It takes quarters only, and the only "complaint" I had was the washers were slightly dirty in the detergent compartment. However I will be returning for the pleasant, kind, and hospitable staff. Thank you so much for your kindness and service, my bf definitely enjoyed talking to the ladies at the front desk as he was able to fix the washers after the hotel lost power after a storm. He definitely loves to be useful.

Cheryl at the front desk was super friendly. I was able to check-in early. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It's close to the beach, outlets and restaurants. This hotel provided a clean comfortable stay.

The room was clean at first glance but there were areas around the sink that had not been cleaned. The stairwell was full of cob webs. The walls are very thin and despite the hotel being nearly vacant, we were next to an extremely loud person who interfered with our enjoyment and ability to go to sleep/sleep in. The compressor on the air conditioner did not work well. The breakfast options were extremely limited. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work. On the upside, it was close to the outlets and a 5 minute drive from rehobeth beach. Would not stay here again.

Just a short drive to the beaches. A very family-friendly, clean, and nicely appointed place to stay.

First time staying. It was clean but definitely an older hotel. The ac was ice cold and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was continental so no hot foods except for a pancake maker. The pool is very nice as well.

Awesome friendly staff, clean rooms

We have stayed at this property in the past so we were familiar with it. This stay was fine, checking in and out was fast and handled professionally. The room was clean and neat.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful and the hotel is within walking distance from a few restaurants. However, the condition of the room wasn’t good. There was hair on the pillows of one of the beds, there was a bit of mold on the shower curtain, and we had to wipe the counters with Clorox wipes because they were sticky and a bit dirty.

Hotel was nice enough, but wouldn't stay here again.
