There could have been more space to hang clothing, but it's doable.

Great parking, location, staff!

So far, everything has been good except for the air conditioning. The AC unit is enclosed, which prevents the cool air from circulating upward. Instead, it blows directly onto the bed. Since the king room is relatively small and the AC is positioned very close to the bed, the cold air hits you throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

The place is close to the beach, shopping malls and other amenities. We loved staying in this hotel for 5 nights. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay for families. Includes breakfast and parking. Near outlet and restaurants.

Doors to room, too hard to open. Towels were of poor quality. Good for overnight visit, not for many days. Breakfast was good.

Great location, friendly staff. The bathroom shower was dirty and the floor had hair all over it.
-
Cleanliness, breakfast, pool The only complaint is if you didn’t have the bathroom light/vent on the whole time, the vent would make loud banging, clanking noises

Breakfast was ok. Parking very convenient

I don’t need much from a hotel room… clean and a bed. But I’m rethinking that going forward. The room door was so difficult to open, my 7 yo couldn’t do it on his own. There was poor lighting, hairs from previous guests popped up all over throughout the stay (one night), the beds weren’t very comfortable but ok enough. The elevator motor was very loud, our room was close and we heard it all night. The thermostat was sensor enabled so the room was hot, and the Hvac cycled like every half hour or so and is loud keeping me up. The continental breakfast was pretty bad, they always are, but might go to would be a bagel with cream cheese, they didn’t even have the cream cheese. I will definitely not be staying here again.

This was the worst experience I had at a hotel in a long time. We arrived for our booking, checked in, we get to the room and it is gross. There’s stains on the bed sheets and there a sticky liquid on the floor next to the bed. I called the front desk and told them and he goes “what would you like me to do about it. We are at capacity so I can’t change your room” which I understand if you don’t have the space you can’t move us. So I said “then can you have someone come change our sheets and clean the floor?” He responded that he was the only one on staff and he wouldn’t be able to do that. So I said very frustrated at 1am “then can you bring up sheets and a mop and I will clean it myself” and he argued with me saying he doesn’t know what I want him to do and then eventually hung up on me. We waited a little bit in the room to see if he would being it up, he did not so we went down to the front desk. He gave us new sheets, a mop, and spray. I had to change my own sheets and mop the floor myself. I will never come back to this hotel. I understand you’re short staffed and can’t accommodate switching rooms. But there are way better ways to handle this situation than he did.
