Good stuff, the breakfast was good

I am a Hilton Honor’s member and upon check in the receptionist acknowledged that which was nice, however, I was placed in the worst room. My room faced the freeway, the windows are super thin. I heard loud car noises, trucks, motorcycles going by the entire night. In addition the a/c was an older model and it sounded like a train was going by every time it went on during the night. Breakfast was below average. The potatoes were dry and there were not a good selection of pastries. If you need a quiet place to rest I would look somewhere elese.

It was lovely. This clean the people were amazing. The staff was so helpful. Cannot say enough good about it. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was great a large assortment of choices. My room was very clean and the staff was courteous.

Room was big enough, bathroom was big. Breakfast was good $15 parking fee per day. The beds were incredibly hard.

The carpet in room was very wet, had to be moved to another room, also TV was disconnected from cable. Employee had to come from front desk move wall unit away from wall reconnect cables. Them we were moved to another room due to wet carpet

Very friendly staff and absolutely great place for our dog to stay. They treated him on like a king. Even had a small doggie bag.

The staff were helpful and seemed actually caring. The property I lovely and quiet, I was tired and had a great experience in the calming atmosphere.

It was ok but the bed was horrible do to cheap box spring making noise

Didn't have time for the breakfast, but the mat inside the room was dirty, the room smelled and was dirty and pillow was so hard I had a stiff neck for the whole day. Told my company no longer to book here ever again.

Hiltonhonors, Hidden $15 parking fee. When i complained the agent said she would remove it. On checkout it was still there and new agent wouldn’t remove. I was there for a VA medical appointmennt in the morning. I live 5 hours away so had to spend the night. The parking fee put me above what VA authorizes for motels somy lodging claim was rejected and i had to eat the whole cost. Would not have chosen if the fee was advertised. Will NEVER stay there again. Deceptive.

Not sure why they charge 15,00 to park your car -most hotels don’t charge … Good location .

Breakfast ok! Tv in my original room not working! The new room had badly stained bed spread!

I thought the stay went well. I really do not expect great things during my stay. The room was clean, the water was hot. Breakfast is passable.I refused maid service as I was just staying 2 nights and was occupied elsewhere
