Nice place

The breakfast buffet is good with a nice dining area complete with big screen TV!

Overall this hotel is very good in terms of cleanliness, staff courtesy, and location. Really appreciate the exercise room is opened ATC. However, this hotel is showing its age and can use some upgrades.

The issue involved a staff member who used derogatory languague toward a member of my family while she asked to use the lobby restroom while we were checking-in. The incident was immediately reported to front desk staff, but there was no meaningful response at the time, we were told we may have misunderstood what was said and could write it in the post-stay survey. I believe it is difficult to "misunderstand" being called a "f-ing b-word" by staff who was goint to mop, a simple "the restroom is closed" would have sufficed. Unfortunately, the employee's behavior continued in public areas of the hotel, including calling my family member a "b-word" again while she passed by and mocking us and the situation with others in the lobby while management was being made aware of the complaint. Although a manager eventually spoke with us, the focus remained on placating rather than addressing it directly or taking visible steps to ensure our comfort and safety. We were told again we may have misheard and that it was understandable if we no longer wanted to stay there. The manager left to speak with them and never returned. Ultimately we saw no steps to assure our safety or comfort and chose to leave and find a last minute hotel. This one was much nicer in terms of rooms and accomodations!!

Good facility. The breakfast had no fruit, please add basic things like grapes, bananas, oranges.

The breakfast items were out and it seems like they need more than 1 person manning the stations. It was a mess both days.

Very clean, good breakfast, safe area, lots of parking!!

Family arrived at 5pm and was told that room was not ready and need to wait another 30 minutes. Suite was not ready till after 530pm. Very disappointing after being stuff in traffic to find out room is not ready. -Breakfast - waffle maker is not working properly -Room microwave is not functioning right -Toliet in room is not flushing properly -Door does not close properly, it does not shut properly -Family was moved to another room (smaller) the next day after toilet still not flushing properly. -Was not able to get a credit for the smaller room because I booked with Hotel.com vs direct with hotel, but did offer food credit -Staff was very kind and friendly -Unfortunately this is the worst experience thus far with any hotel -Will not recommend this for anyone at this point as there were too many opportunities -Will not be my hotel of choice at this time -I am a Marriott Rewards member and am disappointed with the experience

I stayed at this place before but this time the room I was given the microwave did t work . I told the front desk they sent this lady with another microwave and she was so rude it seems she was having a bad day and took her anger out on me and my son. Worst experience.

Everything was good, specially the breakfast and the service manager.

Good selection except I use lactose free milk for cereat and none was available. Checking in was a hassle. Staff couldn't find my reservation under my name or confirmation number. We ordered two rooms and one wasn't available until 4 pm.
