Clean room. Spacious room. Loved the self-checkout convenient store inside. Quite, remodeled property. Well lighted parking lot. A/C worked good.

Night shift lady staff was very rude we came from different state and there was no proper reception from the start she was very rude even when I didn’t say anything

They never came and cleaned the room

The mattresses were broken. No shampoo was provided and the staff said no shampoo when asked. TV was small but still acceptable.

Good location & easy check in.

Good and consistent place for rest after time in the city.

The room was actually clean, bed wasn't bad. Homeless all over the parking lot and out front. Poor check in procedure. Hallways and lobby dirty. Feeling of unsafe if you would be younger or female. Massive list of things not to do, like threatening or harassing other guests. You actually have to initial that.

Get in and out was pretty nice. I had a pretty spacious room which was nice and it was pretty clean! Would stay there again!

Super nice staffperson. Sheets smelled like dog. Pretty run down place. Cockroaches where we got coffee.

I loved the sparse furnishings. Made it easier to see how spotlessly clean the everything was. I would definitely stay at this motel again if I traveled to Waukegan or other lake towns near Chicago. Very convenient.
