Very good customer service. Cleaning staff definitely was on point

Was s great place to stay with several places to eat around. Only issue was the noise from the traffic on the highway. It was even loud on the 5th floor. If you're a light sleeper this may be an issue. I was ok with it. But everyone is different.

Worst experience I’ve had

Very quiet except for the traffic on Milwaukee Ave. Try to get a room on opposite side. But not much you can do about that. Good Hotel to stay at. The strip mall next door is very convenient.

Most comfortable bed ever!! We needed that after flight delays. Even though it wasn't very close to airport, it was worth it!

The staff are lovely and attentive.

The hotel and room were nice. The front desk staff was efficient. The breakfast needed better options. The negative is that guests on our floor were running in the hall and slamming doors at midnight. Not just once but multiple times so it wasn’t an oversight.

It’s a great hotel in a nice location with easy access to the highway and all major roads in the area. It’s it also located close to hiking trails and a park.

Full hot breakfast, plus cold items.

I have no complaints

The hotel was further than I usually stay when I come to Chicago but it was nice. The staff were very pleasant. They had breakfast every morning. Although I couldn't enjoy it because I had to leave super early but on the day of check out I grabbed some bacon and bread. The room with a king size bed was good. Pillows could use an upgrade. The bathroom was small to my surprise. The housekeeping should maybe vacuum the doorway better 🤔 I don't want to see other people's hair. But overall the stay went well. Great coffee ☕️.
