La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Pensacola

The room was clean, but the rest of the property wasn't maintained & was dirty. Housekeeping did not clean our room & when I let the staff know they didn't seem to care. Online pictures do not depict the property accurately.

The room stunk air-conditioning is not working very well contacted the staff, and they said that that was the best that they could do. The sheets were dirty with dog prints on them and hair in the bed. We actually went to the dollar store and bought cleaning supplies and I went and took the sheets to the laundromat and wash them because they said they had no other sheets to switch out at the time we had to take out our own trash and had to go and get our own Towels. They never serve our room at least every other day. We ended up using air fresheners in the room. I wanted to leave, but it held up our money for another 14 days. And I didn’t wanna put out another large amount of money for a place. The pool had algae growing in it. A lot of cigarette butts around the property laying on the ground. Breakfast was terrible that they provide and they watched you upon what you took. We only ate there the first morning.

Free Parking and front desk staff was wonderful!!! Everything else is despicable!!! Room had roaches - lots of them, hotel was very old with no new renovations, terrible mold odor smell in the room was constant, floor was so dirty that my footies was black after two hours in the room, lots of Trash outside by parking lot, t.v. had two white spots on the screen - so all I could see were two white spots looking back at me. This place should definitely be closed down.

La verdad. Cuando. Llegue traté de irme inmediatamente. Pero no me iban a regresar mi dinero yo reservé 4 habitaciones. Por qué fuimos 4 familias. Pero todo estaba muy sucio las paredes rotas y algunas con mojo.mucho polvo en las gabetas todos los cuartos apestan a humedad a cigarrillos y a marijuana. Las televisiones no servían. En 3 de los cuartos.dice que encontrarás shampoo acondicionador y Javon. Lo cual es mentira. El personal de limpieza. Te responde. De mala manera. Asta Parace que les estás pidiendo las cosas gratis. Y. Gratis no es nada! La comida del desayuno. Muy fea y los huevos. Todos congelados. Vamos con la piscina. Muy sucia muy descuidada. Tiene Lana verde por todo la orilla. Siempre estuvo. Sucia de basura de los árboles. Pague por 6 noches y solo aguantamos 5. Ya no podíamos más 💔😡😡😡. Mi recommendation Es Que si. Se la quieren pasar bien. NO. Renten en la Quinta😡😡

The complimentary breakfast was poor, with very limited options and low-quality food. The customer service was just as bad—staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing concerns. The room was filthy when we checked in. There were belongings left under the bed from a previous guest, which made it obvious the room had not been properly cleaned. Throughout our stay, housekeeping never cleaned our room. I had to empty my own trash because it was never picked up. One of the most disturbing things I witnessed was the housekeeping staff throwing large black trash bags from the second and third floors into the parking lot and leaving them there instead of disposing of them properly. It gave the property an unprofessional and unsanitary appearance. The air conditioner barely worked, making the room unbearably hot. Since I was traveling with a toddler, I had no choice but to go buy a fan just to keep my child comfortable and safe. To make matters worse, I noticed the elevator’s annual inspection certificate was expired, which raised serious concerns about the hotel’s maintenance and guest safety. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Dirty rooms, poor maintenance, nonexistent housekeeping, terrible customer service, an inadequate breakfast, and safety concerns make this a place I will never stay at again. Look for another hotel!

The room was not very clean, stains on bedding and carpet (there was fresh blood stain on toilet paper holder...yuck and gross)! Breakfast, what breakfast? Supposedly, breakfast was served from 7 to 10, my daughter and I were in the Lobby by 8, ONLY had sausage and eggs left!!! No bread, No pancake mix, No bagels, No pastries of ANY kind, No ketchup, No salsa, No condiments of ANY kind...all out, with No more coming!!! Building was VERY old and outdated and grass was overgrown (it actually looked like a closed down Motel)! Never experienced or stayed at a La Quita like this before, so disappointing!

This is the second time we’ve ended up staying at this hotel by mistake, and it will definitely be the last. The hotel is old, dirty, and has a terrible smell throughout. The rooms smell strongly of mold and humidity, the bathroom walls are stained, and the bathtub was dirty. The lobby is outdated, dirty, and smells bad as well. Outside the hotel, it smells like urine and marijuana, making the entire property feel unpleasant and unsafe. We would never stay here again—even if it were free. I do not recommend this hotel.

It very adequately met our needs. It was quiet and comfortable.

Upon arrival the front desk staff attempted to charge us a $150 deposit that was never mentioned on Expedia, I told her absolutely not and it was waived. We got into the room after a long 13 hr trip, there was extensive damage throughout the room. A hole in the bathroom door, floors peeling up, gouges in furniture, paint missing, burn holes in the shower curtain (in a non-smoking room), wall were super thin I could hear people running around, and more. The parking lot and grounds were absolutely filthy and disgusting. Idk if they're remodeling or what but there was mattresses stacked up, furniture stacked up outside, there was trash all throughout the parking lot. We didn't even attempt to sit and eat breakfast after the experience with the room, property, and night staff so can't comment on the breakfast. I personally would not recommend this property to anyone else, and was quite let down overall with this experience. I've stayed at other Wyndham properties and this one was not held up to a similar standard by far.

First they gave us a dirty room then second option was very smelly and tabaco smell, bed was fine but very smelly bed sheets the hallway to get to the rooms very dirty lot of cigarettes and trash they need to clean in front.

Front desk was friendly & expedient at check-in. Nice breakfast area with many food choices. We came in at night; we were I town with a hospitalized family member. The sheets on one bed were dirty enough that I removed them. House- keeping didn’t clean the room while we were out on day 2 & we didn’t get back again until late night. The trash cans outside remained full for the time we were there & garbage on the walkway. I will not stay at this particular Wyndham again.

Absolutely NO HOUSEKEEPING! Kids running the front desk! Pool was gross! Called Wyndham Corp and literally said there was nothing they could do ! Do Not support this Company!

Only thing I liked was the breakfast and the steaming hot water The sheets wasn't clean, had a bad oder and the bath was way to small. Ive seen a couple of roaches crawling. It need more work done to the property

Nothing i had to check out cause i had mold in the bathroom on the ceiling vent and it looked like the roof was going to cave in. The sheets and bedding were also dirty Same has the top square

We found bugs on the bed in our original room, so we reported the issue and were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room had the same problem. Due to the unsanitary conditions and repeated issue, we requested a full refund.
