Red Roof Inn Pensacola – I-10 at Davis Highway

Dirty, disgusting and horrible staff. Do NOT waste your money. Go anywhere but there. Inside the room we stuck to the floor, toilet had splatter of urine dropping down the side and seat. The appearance on the outside is just as bad. We asked 3 times for towels since we used EVERY one to clean the floors, and were told that they didn’t have any, then told ME to take the dirty towels to the laundry. We also had to ask twice for toilet paper. If we hadn’t gotten in so late, we would have gone elsewhere, but with large dogs and spring break places were limited. The manager said “F##k you” when my husband complained.

Could have cleaned rooms, needs a blanket not just a sheet and lite decoration sheet on bed. Had too move rooms 2 times due to roaches and air conditioner making loud squealing noises.... Parking lot and areas around rooms outside covered in trash needs to be cleaned up. Staff not very friendly and when we would try calling office or hotel would answer and immediately hang up on you.

Smelled like cigarettes ( even though it’s a no smoking facility) Sticky floors , went with 2 rooms other were disgusting Didn’t stay there, checked out immediately This particular red roof was just too much to deal with …..

I did not like anything that probably is very dirty very very dirty Nobody come to Clean I found lashes on the bed hair and nails. And when I ask them to change the sheet, they told me we can change it for you. You can take it and change it for yourself.

The room was not a good room to enjoy vacation

Nasty place air conditioner barely worked woke up sweating every morning very run down and not taken care of

Do not stay here! It was beyond dirty. Holes in the walls barely patched up. Most light fixtures busted. Stains on walls, beds, curtains, and floors. Smelled horrible. Wall mounted hair dryer covered in dirt and grime. Bugs in the bathroom. We stayed long enough to find another hotel. Oh and pubes on the bed.

Nothing this place is misleading There is mold in the bathroom. Water does not get hot it mild cold. They lied about prices

Room was ok. Water pressure could have been better. No fridge or microwave in room. A/C was cold. Room had weird smell.

I never had the opportunity to stay in the Motel room that I reserved online and paid for just a short while after I arrived I dislike how rude the staff members were to me instead of trying to resolve the issue I was met with unkindness, disrespect, and no reimbursement of my finances. as a result I wouldn't recommend Red Roof Inn to any family or friends the most horrible experience ever.

Bed was worn out

Luke warm showers two mornings in a row. The first room we were given smelled like cat urine. Overwhelmingly. It was on the bottom floor as we requested, handicap. But the new room they gave us was on the second floor. No refrigerator.
