Rooms no longer have carpet they are all linoleum now and the business center is also no longer available as far as snacks and drinks we do not have a vending machine but we do have a small marketplace in the lobby Comfort Inn Pensacola is located 6 miles from the Museum of Art. Pensacola Beach is 14 miles away. Guests can enjoy use of the business center and meeting room. A drinks and snacks vending machine is available. Laundry can be done in the hotel. A free breakfast offering hot waffles is served to guests.

Everything was okay. Breakfast was the same and it was mid other than that we had a wonderful time. Thank you for having us.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. People smoked pot and partied in the room next to us until 4am. Not sufficient sleep for a perimenopausal lady is no bueno.

The room was ok but the wall thermostat was broken so you could not control the temp. The bed was also broken down. The breakfast area was disgustingly dirty. There was not enough parking and had to park almost a block away. No airport shuttle.

The staff was helpful, especially for walking in at 11pm. The hotel was dated but clean. The parking lot felt a little sketchy but there was security on staff.

Brought my autistic son for a fun stay. All the staff were friendly and kind. The lady that was checking us in was super helpful and made him feel special!

Good breakfast. Floor in room was dirty and had something sticky spilled on it. The bathroom door would not open all the way because the bottom would stick on the floor. The room was damp and our linens felt damp.

The hotel is ok. Its situated very close to interstate 10 and is easy to get on and off. My only frustration was the free breakfast. There was apple juice, orange juice, and coffee at the beverage station, but therr was no water. Other than no water being offered, the hotel was ok.

The room looked clean but we found a live bedbug. Supposedly they are going to fumigate. We return in a few weeks and we will see

I had to change rooms. They're just dirty . Had a huge palmetto in the 1st room. If you look closely around the cabinet between the beds, it's just so dirty. Bathroom is kinda updated but they Do not clean these rooms properly. I would not stay there ever again
