Ok for a night but need to put signage up telling people not to talk loudly in the middle of the night. The mattress needs replacing due to heavy wear.

It was clean inside and fine for a motel. Definitely was nicer on the inside than the outside Bed was collapsed, AC was off so room was really hot and AC output was weak took a long time to cool down. Outside was run down and parking very tiny spots

Room and bathroom larger than expected It was a handicapped accessible room, which I didn't need, but appreciated. Ist floor room so my car could be parked right outside my room. Very quiet even though it's on a busy street. Good bed. Slept fine. I used pool and hottub. Friendly staff. Ok breakfast - great coffee ! Great value. Close to the places I wanted to visit in Pasadena. RECOMMEND !
