I checked out I told the front desk attendant, and it seems he didn't care about. Showed him the picture and he told that they been spraying. No apologies or any other explanation. He said his was going to talk to his boss.

Quiet Hair on floor ants, dirty towels, staff wouldn't answer phone when needed

Area felt unsafe. Sheets weren’t fully clean. But great spot for just a quick one nighter

My stay was definitely not as expected. The room i had looked absolutely nothing like the rooms in the pics. The shower was not well maintained. The shower faucet was really hard to turn on/off. The shower curtain had stains. The toilet seat shifted side to side. The caulking in the shower was horrible. The light switches were in odd locations. The towels were small, thin and cheap. The wash cloths had stains. The room furniture was really old and looked like something that would have been purchased at a second hand store. The tv required 2 remotes to operate it. The lighting in the room was horrible. The latch to lock the door was broken. The desk light was cheap. The light bulbs in the light fixtures were horrible. The parking lot was small and too tight for anything other than a small compact car. I wish I took pics to post here to validate every one of the concerns i listed. I just wanted to get out of there as soon as I could. However, the person working at the reception desk the night i checked in was very friendly, professional and very nice to me.

The room and bathroom were fine. WiFi password was not provided. The office did not respond when called on the in-room phone. Check out time and procedure was not clear: lobby was not open at 10 am
