Website not transparent. Undergoing renovation which Needs to be noted.Property independently owned and never maintained properly resulting in damaged furniture . Obvious financial issues as amenities minimal. Pool not heated as claimed. After I complained they turned on heat. Management is well aware of ongoing issues. Expedia has no business including a property that is in this condition. Manager made inappropriate comments I cannot submit in this review. Staff are well aware of major issues. Disgraceful. Spa is great. Many Service Staff great. I have always enjoyed Four Seasons. This Property is offensive . Safety never upgraded no key cards to access elevators etc. obvious financial issues with this Hotel. Furniture appeared to have been chewed on by beavers it was so scratched and derelict. Reception staff rude. Provided feedback to one Supervisor who was lovely. Expedia needs to vet properties . I would prefer to book directly or use travel agent than be stigmatized for using a third party booking agency that results in insulting treatment
