Dirty bathrooms Could not check into rooms before 5 pm 7 minute walk from elevator to rooms. The architect was a moron. Very poor pool area and amenities. Pool-water is not clean. Front desk are arrogant. Long wait to be seated for breakfast. Extremely disappointed with this property . And my Marriott loyalty status meant NOTHING. And 40 minutes to check out with bogus charges that were forced to take out.

Did not like the shops called their own hours and closed whenever they wanted. Starbucks Coffee was higher priced on the weekends than during the weekdays.

Everything was so beautiful and relaxing !! The only thing keeping me from rating it 5/5 was that we saw a few cockroaches on our balcony. Really grossed me out. But other than that , beautiful resort.

The resort was beautiful. They could have a few more visible signs to point you to where you need to go and a little more explanation of the amenities and where they are at . Otherwise nice and clean

Great location and selection of dining. Beautiful golf courses. The pool was crowded but fun. The staff upon checking in, didn’t explain a lot about the amenities/how to book the pool/ use my mobile room key, or breakdown the incidental costs. They just asked me to swipe my card and basically gave me my room keys. There were also some small cobwebs above the bathroom mirror as well as on the balcony.

Such an amazing resort to stay at! Veronica at the front desk, Hector at the lobby bar, and Jose out at the pool made this trip so special for us! Beautiful rooms, amazing pools, good food and drinks!

The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and every detail reflected the high standard you expect from a luxury hotel. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again on a future visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway.
