Large rooms…great experience all around!

Relaxing, clean and quiet

Location (close to freeway and some restaurants) A bit noisy, the room needed renovation and the bed pillow smelled like a dog had used it. Several things needed maintenance attention ie: doors. Small TV in living room

The rooms are spacious, staff is helpful and area is closed to Acrisure Arena.

Very clean, quiet and staff was nice and very helpful. Their printer didn’t work well. It needed new toner or ink. Would’ve been convenient to print what I needed there but had to find somewhere else to print out what I needed.

The lady who checked us in was rude , just the way she treated us. No smile, and made is felt lole we owe her for stsying there and not the other way around. Felt not welcomed. No smile at all. No rhank u. But i luv our room and the amenities were awesome. Thers kotchen and itensiles with full size fridge, electric stove included. I would have stayed longer if i could. The only downside is theres no hot tub. But their pool looks awesome. 24/7 coffee available but , its cold. They dont keep up to make it hot all the time . Breakfast is good. No sliced fruits tho. Pancake and waffles , but already cooked. Not like u make it urself.

They don’t reply messages sent via booking (not even after 3/4 days). That has created us serious complications during our travel. So, be prepared, should you need help, you are in trouble

I love and need the kitchenette in Homewood Suites! The room was clean and perfect for our needs. We travel with our service dog and there was a dog station/area easily accessible. Parking was limited/full.

The hotel was fairly clean. The carpeting had lots of stains everywhere, as well as the couch in our room. The amenities were great-fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher. The hotel is old but renovated so there were features like the air conditioner that were not doing great, ours was very noisy and didn’t stay consistently cold. Staff disappeared from the front desk in the evenings and when using the room phone to contact them, it never went through or wasn’t picked up. Breakfast was excellent and changed day by day. It’s within walking distance of a park, mini grocery store and some restaurants which we found very useful. Overall, it was a good hotel and I would stay again if the need was there. It seemed to be a safe area and hotel. I would recommend to the hotel to replace/clean carpeting and other soft surfaces and be more consistent with staff duties.

They did not come every other day for service I. The room had to ask or call front desk to ask for service

Room was in need of a refresh including cleaning the carpet. Breakfast was ok and would have been better if it wasn't cold. Seems the fire went out under the food and they didn't realize it. But, they did offer to replace the breakfast. Very nice staff member in the cafe section. She was very personable.

The room was outdated and slightly worn. A/C was very noisey. And the draperies were worn and would not slide together to the point of blocking out the morning sun. Very disappointed in the room, except for the bedding which met typical Hilton standards.

I love that they allow dogs and the rooms are huge and nice! This is our half way stop to Tucson and we will always stay her because they are dog friendly
