Villatel Orlando Resort

We had a great family trip!! The house was so clean! The water park was fun and the food was good!! Will definitely stay again!

We stood there for a week in a 4 bedroom villa. The house was beautiful and clean. The staff was super responsive about any concerns or questions. We barely had to speak to anyone though as everything was perfect. The only downside to this is the $35 per day parking fee. That was over $200 for the stay. So plan to have only 1 car or even no cars. The property is super walkable so we pretty much walked everything in the resort. Great food, awesome activities. A week didn’t even cover all that you could do in the resort alone. We’re definitely booking again, hopefully they’ll reconsider the parking fee by then!

We loved our Villa and the kids had fun, would totally stay here again. One time to note is the stairs use linoleum so they are slick to come down, one of the kids even took a tumble down them so go slow and be careful. The water could be warmer for the showers but we’re okay overall. We did have a maintenance issue with the condensation pipe for the air conditioning that the maintenance crew got onto right away and they continued to follow up the rest of our stay to make sure everything was okay. The onsite manager was very helpful and offered a refund of 2 nights due to the issue we had with the condensation pipe that we are still waiting on. I’ll update this thread once we receive that refund.

Best place to stay with a large family.

Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by issues with the pool facilities. The main pool was completely out of service all day Saturday due to a chemical spill, which was very disappointing since one of the reasons we chose this hotel was to enjoy the pool amenities. When the pool reopened on Sunday, the water was still not clear and did not appear to have been properly treated or cleaned. There was also a noticeable shortage of towels throughout the pool area, making the experience even less enjoyable. We understand that unexpected situations can happen, but the condition of the pool and the lack of communication and amenities made it feel as though the issue was not handled adequately. We hope the hotel improves its pool maintenance and guest communication in the future.

Great resort for families! The pool area was wonderful and everyone was easy going.

LOVED IT. We will be back. Used to go to a different place. I wish there was more options for food. Restaurant was fine for resort / pool, but limited menu and no other options. Feels like you could do really well with a little coffee shop on site. Overall great family experience. The villa’s are awesome!!!

The house was huge , clean and beautifully designed. The kids loved it so much they did not want to leave the pool. Their kids room was designed with a theme and games. Their kings bedrooms were like upscale hotel suites. Everyone slept like babies! 10/10 we all recommend , we will definitely be back again.

The house was A-mazing and beautiful. Service calls handled very promptly Beds extremely comfortable. The kids LOVED the Arcade and Theatre room. 6 of 9 bedrooms had king size beds. An amazing vacation Simple question to front desk had to be routed through a call center BUT issues swiftly taken care of.
