The suite were spacious and clean. Breakfast could be better, just not very tasty.

The location, hotel and service was excellent. It allowed for my pets to stay in the same room. Wish there was a deal made between the hotel and Expedia for an arranged pet and parking fee. It would help the overall experience. Overall it was great

Had a weekend stay and everything was amazing. The room was clean hotel lobby was very nice and up kept. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast very much and the staff was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Place was overall clean except there was poop or blood stained sheets on the bed the staff at night acted likecthey couldnt care less. Terrible customer service there. Ill never go back

Great place to stay

Great property that is centrally located to the outlets and multiple popular clothing store chains. There's multiple food options including the restaurant in the hotel and another literally in front of the hotel. The complimentary breakfast had multiple options and the food was good. The rooms include a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher with ample living room space. There's a pull out couch as well. Parking was sufficient and I felt very safe and comfortable during my stay for a nearby conference.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt, the rooms were clean and breakfast was good. I would stay here again

The staff was amazing and everything was clean. The only problem with the room was there is a sliding barn door into the bathroom and it doesn't lock. Might be weird depending who is staying in the room.

Well we found a roach in the room. The front door wouldnt shut on its own. The ice maker on our floor was broke the whole stay. One of the elevators was out of service for part of our stay. The closet doors were broke. The top of the refrigerator was dirty and had hard stuff on it. There was a puddle of something by the kitchen counter when we arrived. Door dasher wasn't allowed to deliver to my room making me have to go to the lobby and wait. This was not a good stay. After finding a roach my daughter couldn't sleep.

Pretty good

We arrived early after our cruise at 8:30 am. Although, the room was not ready, they offered to store our luggage and invited us to have their complimentary breakfast. The room are large and clean and well maintained. They also assist us to reserve our taxi to the airport. Great staff and will come back in the future.

Very good

Convenient location, close to shopping and restaurants. Ample parking, free breakfast, plenty of space to stretch out. The shower was nice and hot. The rooms were not clean, sinks didn't drain, the ice machine rattled all night, the air conditioner sounded like a semi-truck every time it came on. The bathroom had no fan, so the entire bathroom/bedroom filled with steam every time we showered. The breakfast was fair, but not fresh or warm. The carpets were dirty and the furniture had a strange smell. We've stayed here before but the quality has declined. We will not return.

Amazing location, beautiful clean hotel and the rooms were great. The bar had great food and drinks. And the staff everywhere was top notch! I would definitely book again!

Everything No parking fee

Overall, our stay was exceptional. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The pool was also clean, easily accessible, and a great place to relax. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. One area that could be improved is customer support by phone. If you need to call the property, it can be a frustrating experience. The phone numbers listed on Google and Booking.com connect to a virtual assistant rather than the hotel directly, making it difficult to reach a real person when you need immediate help. Having direct access to hotel staff would greatly improve the guest experience.
