The room was clean, the staff were very helpful, breakfast had good options, it was a good location, right next to Volcano Bay and lots of food options. It was an easy stay and we were very happy and comfortable. It was well priced and we would stay here again.

Breakfast was ok crowded My door wouldn’t shut properly. We’d be in the room and the door wouldn’t be closed all the way. We had to damn near slam the door really hard to close it

Renovated hotel, clean, good breakfast, good location, nice crew. Only the size for get breakfast was tight for all the people in the morning....but the breakfast and assistance was very good.
