Parking is limited. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is quite good, but they should offer a bit more variety.

El cuarto tenia polvo en las esquinas y manchas en el piso, la basura se sacaba y dejaba afuera en el pasillo, había q estar llamando para cambio de toallas y ropa de cama, el desayuno era pre-hecho, la piscina tenía pelos flotando, el lugar es céntrico a universal y esta accesible, el precio por noche super económico, tienes por lo pagaste, es un lugar para pasar la noche si tienes la agenda llena de actividades en tu visita

The room wasn’t properly clean. Housekeeping came when they weren’t supposed to and made one bed, but not the other. Took towels/washcloths/bathmat/soap and didn’t replace them! They even took our breakfast wristbands, which, thankfully turned out to not be a big deal, as they don’t really check them. Breakfast lady was awesome. My kids appreciated the breakfast every morning. There were 12 charter buses parked in the hotel parking lot at one point, so it was packed out. The front desk people were always helpful and kind. Just not as clean as I’d like!

Amazing little place. Love everything about it. Rooms super clean, great breakfast, super helpful staff and very friendly. The some activities like movie night. All the parks were near and they offer transportation to the parks. We as family agreed that if we go back to Orlando to vacation that we love to stay in this wonderful place again.

El personal de recepción fue excelente, lamentablemente la piscina y splash estaban cerrados, llegamos de más de 2 horas y media de viaje sobre las 4 pm al Hotels, en verano y soñando con bañarnos en la piscina, no fue posible, solo estuvimos 1 día, ayer 22 junio a hoy 23 que nos fuimos. Gracias a los chicos que nos atendieron en recepción muy amables, espero tener mejor suerte la próxima vez. Gracias

My room was very clean, the room temperature was perfect for me. The bed was comfortable. I slept well. Breakfast was good. Plenty parking. The staff were very attentive. I highly recommend this place. Very affordable.

The room are very clean and neat and I enjoy every minute there Thanks to Ty at the front desk he made it more exciting to me and I told Ty at the front desk that I will definitely leave a review message and thank y'all a whole lot for letting me enjoy my stay there and once again I promise I really appreciate everything and I promise that I have enjoyed being there in that exact hotel and room and I will definitely be back soon or sooner Thank you a lot Ty at the front desk
