We liked that the property was very clean including the interior. There was ample parking, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Rooms are comfortable, not on the big side but spacious enough. We stayed in a King bed room and we enjoyed it. Cleanliness is a big factor for us and we rate it 5/5. Staff is incredible!! Everyone was very helpful and attentive and quickly providing help when needed. Breakfast is AMAZING! Although nothing different from a regular hotel, the quality of the food is superb. They have also some things to buy (loved the French toast!!!). Pool area is pretty clean, well maintained and large enough to accommodate groups with awesome cabanas available for use.ni give the pool 5/5. Location is also awesome!!! Minutes away from Universal. We were not staying for the parks but if you are traveling to Universal, THIS is the place to stay. There's also a Denny's and an IHOP nearby at walking distance. Overall I recommend this hotel and will definitely return soon!!!

We were skeptical at first because of the surprisingly low price, but we were pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, the amenities exceeded our expectations, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The A/C worked perfectly, and the bathroom was well equipped and spotless. We would definitely stay here again.

Greetings by all staff, and the comforting text to make sure we had what we needed each day! Tiki bar was plus next to a heated pool!

Clean room and the pool area was awesome!Only suggestion..why is there not covers on the mattresses?Do not want to get bed bugs!

Excellent option in i-Drive area. Good location, easy parking lot, helpful hotel staff and all you expect from a Hilton. Free water bottles everyday in the room. No complains. The hotel is great.
