I was shocked at everything!!!!! Soo beautiful and clean ! Staff couldn’t be better !!!!!$$ loved everything !!!tje 2 gals at the outside bar were so nice had food and drink there amazing! First time ever at a universal park/hotel . I’m a Disney person illlll bee back to this hotel and EPIC

This hotel was really good the rooms are small but all you do is sleep there anyways I mean you’re at the park every day I had two kids and my mom and I was there so it was a little crowded but he wasn’t there a lot so it was OK the food is kind of a hit and miss I had food that was amazing and I had food that wasn’t that great and then I had the same dish one was great one not so much but the staff there if you need anything you just text them and they answer any of your questions your balances left on your food vouchers or what you’ve charged to your room or if you need new towels just an amazing time all the way around I would definitely recommend this place it was a blast

Staff was courteous from the front desk to the kitchen staff and even bartenders. We loved every aspect of the hotel. We told others to stay there as well. Room was clean. Pool was beautiful. Could not have had a better experience!
