Brand new hotel very nice and clean

Clean and new

We were in town for AAU volleyball and this was a great location to get to OCCC!! Nothing fancy, but very clean and excellent interactions with every staff member we came in contact with. The only thing I didn’t realize when booking was no microwave in the room which would have been helpful but definitely not a deal breaker! The pool area is nice and very well maintained. Would stay here again if in the area.

Great location, perfect for your Epic Universe day. We were able to take a break mid day to escape the sun with a short 7 minute walk from resort to park gate. You also get early access to the park. Helps beat the crowds. Staff was very friendly and professional. Marian checked us in and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Room was ready early and nice and clean. Beautiful view. Thank you,

We had a great stay and really enjoyed our time here. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The location was convenient, and the pool was a nice place to relax after a long day. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!

This place is beautiful and pristine. The pool is warm and wonderful. The hot tub is huge. I loved the quick walk to Epic each day. The only complaints I have are that there is no valet parking at any price and no bellhop service. It’s hard to come in from 12 hours of travel and have to park a distance away and then drag bags for a family of five to your own room. I will certainly come back, and I will just plan for it next time.

Clean room and great location (proximity to Epic Universe was incredible!). Cafe food is similar to park food, but all in all a great stay.

Only was able to spend one night- June 22, but certainly wished we could have stayed longer. Excellent location for all the attractions. Hope to return soon and enjoy Epic Universe- just not while so hot.

This was perfect for our family. Super simple resort but really clean and nice. My son loved the theme and the amenities were great.

Great location with an easy walk or super quick shuttle to Epic Universe. Hotel is fresh and new. Rooms are simple but nice. We ate breakfast in lobby cafe both mornings and it was nice to have that option before heading to parks. They have grab and go options, quick service and a coffee bar.

The location was perfect and we absolutely loved the atmosphere

we had an amazing time! We absolutely love that the pool stays open so late and that there is a bar. The Jacuzzi stays just the right temperature. I hate a lukewarm Jacuzzi and you guys keep it at just the right temperature. I also love seeing my name on the TV when I went into the room. And the staff is absolutely phenomenal.
