Perfect for families and very good for relaxing

Need bigger trashcans outside the rooms. Very family friendly. Staff were very amazing. Rooms were clean, the carpets has those little damp smell but still not bad. Its just me and my nose is too sensitive Breakfast? Lunch? Dinner? Cook your own if you want you want to save a couple bucks.

Second year staying here and can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Location is central to everything. Super friendly staff and gorgeous grounds.

If you have kids they will complain about noise we got security telling us we were loud so the whole stay we kept whispering so stay on the first floor with kids. This made he stay meh

Beautiful resort. Unfortunately the price for parking is per car per night and I thought it was in the price. No big deal though great resort

This hotel was the best! Very clean everyone was very nice. It was located in the middle of everything.

The staff was nice but the host who did our check-in didn't provide any information outside of our villa number. We had no idea how housekeeping service works. I overheard other hosts giving details about amenities and check-out options but my host was not very forthcoming with resort information. Also, this resort will try to sell you a timeshare but they are not overly pushy if you say no to the presentation. Our room was clean (not immaculate but clean enough). The room was quiet and offered a good view of the pond from our villa. The balcony and furniture was surprisingly clean as well. There are lots of things to do at the resort (the property is huge). Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to explore all of the ammenities as we were on the go for most of our stay. The resort is in a good location (not far from the highway and very close to a variety of eating places). The only complaint that I have is about guests bringimg large speakers to the pool (everyone has different tastes in music). With this in mind, large speakers should be prohibited to help ensure that all guests can enjoy the space equally and comfortably. Overall, my family enjoyed our visit and would stay again.

Staff never texted or reached out to see if we were ok. I will not be booking either this resort in the future.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly! Serves breakfast if you care about that. Nice pools. Only complaint is a surprise $30 a day to park your rental car there. And they could really use golf carts to get ppl around since the property is massive. Otherwise great stay close to the parks without spending the exorbitant amount Disney wants you to in order to stay on their property hotels.

It was beautiful and very clean. Be aware there are daily parking fees.

Room very clean smell good

Beautifully maintained property and very friendly staff. The condo was very clean and stocked with all the essentials. Highly recommend for families. There are several pools on the property; the one near our condo was the best - it was huge and was busy all day and night and the kids loved it. Be aware this property is part of a timeshare/vacation share club, so they are going to try hard to get you to come to a meeting to convince you to buy into their cult (which is not any different than any other property of this type selling unused rooms on Expedia). Other than that minor point, I’d say it was a perfect stay.

My only issue was parking. They charge $30 a day which felt too expensive. Aside from that, it was an excellent stay and I’d definitely recommend it for the room quality and unbeatable location.

Las habitaciones, si bien ya las conocíamos, una vez más nos dejaron sumamente satisfechos. Las actividades del hotel son variadas si toca un día de “no parque” y ya gastaste mucho en shopping. Volveremos!!

Es un sitio muy céntrico a los parques y muchas piscinas en la propiedad para escoger
